DHL is a good company with an organizational structure and culture to grow their employees.

DHL Supply Chain is a very good company which is full of success and many opportunities to learn. It is built in structural development for employees and clients, including their business objectives are for excellence and quality.

Good learning curve

My company is very big yet doesn't pay employees fairly. We can be ordered to work 12hours, night and morning shift. And it becomes very hard and painful during winter time, because it's cold and we work in wide open areas.

Pros: Being able to work under pressure
Cons: Long working hours for less money

Great learning curve

Every day is different, challenging since This is a busy, fast paced operation which offers many challenges and opportunities for the right person. we have got a healthy and positive team work as we all know and understand each others strengths and weakness, I learnt how to lead the stuff, communicate and lead by example as its always encourage me and make me understand that there is always room for improvement I have been enjoying month end challenge in terms of cut-off where orders has to be picked,invoiced and dispatched before 00:00 on last day of the month where volumes used to be higher.

Pros: I have promoted four time in a period of 6 years
Cons: Am capable and flexible to worked extra hours due to operational requirement

 AM A HARD WORKING PERSON WHO CAN WORK WELL WITHIN A GROUP AND INDIVIDUALLY. I AM OPEN MINDED WITH THE ABILITY TO DELIVER GIVEN TASKS GOOD RESEARCH AND ANALYTICAL SKILLS. I'M GOOD WITH FIGURES AND FIND CHALLENGES FASCINATING BECAUSE THAT'S WHERE I EXCELL MOST.

Learning the sequence system

Learning how to sequence and read invoices the company also thought me I'm importance of safety in a warehouse and the safe process of stacking and unstancking warehouse racks. What enjoyed the most is the working with different people from diffrent cultures and also sharing their stories and backgrounds and overcoming the challenges that come with this job be it timekeeping and reaching daily targets.
