My Review about my work

At times it is really hectic and busy with all the calls coming through , but our team managers to handle all those calls , other times it is quiet depending mostly on the day . I have a really good relationship with my co workers we can have a small disagreement with work and few minutes down the line we all laughing and joking together , we stick together .I have learnt a lot about insurance since it is my first job with insurance . The most challenging is when we have irate clients and need to calm them down before assisting them and helping those clients get assisted properly .

Opportunity to learn more about insurance and dealing with clients, working on various system.

A typical working day is very busy but also quite fun due to our department being smaller than usual, we have a better relationship with each of our colleagues. Our team generally works together and helps out where we can inorder to ensure that our company runs well and smoothly.In our department we are like a family so we work closely with one another, support and assist where we can. I have learnt alot from Digicall with it being my first job, I've learnt how to deal with clients, type with out looking at the screen and also work at a faster paste. I have learnt how to deal with clients queries, assist them at the best that I can, also to deal with upset clients - to keep calm and understand where they are coming from. I've learned to multi-task and work on different systems all at once. I enjoy interacting with people- assisting client and brokers and insurance consultants, I have a good working relationship with most of the consultants who call in and clients and our contractors and assessors.

i'm a hard worker,responsible,keen to learn more related to my job and i'm very friendly when it comes to everybody that i work with,i like asking question where i don't understand so that i do accurate job,i like to share my ideas with the my supervisor to make our work place more interesting.as i work for different clients and we face difficult to deal with but as i customer service agent i need to make sure that our customers are always happy regardless.

Excellent Communicator, Business Minded, Quick to make decisions

Its challenging , Fun, we learn how to deal with different kinds of people , and know how to handle all kinds of human beings , We talk about our different experiences and share how we dealt with them , do outing to get to know each other more . Support each other and still work hard .

Excellent communication skills

my job as i have said i work at a call centre the company's name is digicall solutions and the department that i work at is Glasfit which is a glass company .as any other day i have my good days and bad days but as a team we work together towards a good day. the thing i enjoy the most is working with my colleagues as a team helping each other in times of need. we have a lot of challenging days as some people in the department are not as good as we taught that are actual not team players,they spy on each other which we get threw on a day to day basis. i have learnt a lot from this company as i have worked with different insurances and people but have moved positions i work as an complaint agents and still run one insurance mail box. i have done surveys for people to better the service of the company aswell which was called css (client satisfactory survey).

How it is to work for Digicall

I have worked for Digicall Solutions for 4 years and have learnt a lot as a person. Working with clients is not easy, especially when they are angry clients. You have to know how o deal with them and do whatever you can to make them happy. Working in the cooperate world has taught me that not very company is the same. Building relationships with colleges is never easy but it possible, but Im always up for a challenge and hoping to find something that allows me to build myself. The more experience the better opportunities out there
