Good for growth

it is an excellent learning curve for it has many different departments where you will learn and find your strength and weaknesses. A good place to grow and build yourself. Interacting with different people from different cultures ,learning and finding ways to work together as team ,learning each others strengths and weaknesses, what one is good at and putting all of that to work and be the best team together.

Pros: It is great company to grow and challenge yourself
Cons: financially you will not go anywhere

I am a young vibrant person free spirited and willing to go an extra mile to be of assistance .

I am a 27 year old young man who has acquired quite a bit of experience in the hospitality industry and customer services. I've worked as a waiter, host and supervisor at franchises and for the past 3 years ten months I've been working as a roadside assist follow up agent at a short term insurance company. I enjoy being around people and really know how to make them feel welcomed. I have a lot of discipline when it comes to a working environment and work exceptionally well under pressure. I'm always willing to learn and I take well to constructive criticism

Excellent learning curve indeed.

Emergency environment with shift work that includes holidays and weekends. It is a 12hrs work. I have a very good relationship with my colleagues I have learnt mostly to always allow my proffessionalismover my emoitions as this is a free emergency line with a lot of pranksters, the most challenging aspect will be watching languages every 2min because we he eleven official languages in South Africa.

Pros: Great opportunity for communicating with people from all walks of life.
Cons: Long hours

Excellent learner

I get to work on time to have a nice fresh start to the day, Monitor employees time keeping in the morning. Check who is late and who is absent if no notification is received. Start the day with sending stats from the day before. Sort out emails and queries. I enjoy sorting out queries. the most challenging aspect sometimes is trying to keep everybody satisfied which will never happen and at the same time trying to keep everybody motivated.

Pros: better opportunities to grow just not as an individuals but also in my career
Cons: long working hours

It has been good working at my company

im a hard worker,energetic,i eager to learn as i have some ideas to share with my colleagues, im good in working with different clients as i have worked with different customers for their different needs so i have accommodated them regarding their needs,i have learnt that,i need to always be ready for the moods of the client to accommodate them as they matter the most.

Pros: i can bring what i have in mind for the company and hard working as i am, im willing to learn new things.
Cons: 12 hours

Very nice place to work at just the salary very nice place to work at anbhbut not much opportunities in the place I would love to go back if they just pay a little more working environment is perfect and people are friendly eeds to increasevace

Customer Experience Liaison duties

I handle written complaints and provide Incident reports to Corporate clients. Interact with other business units and highlight training needs to department Managers to identify training needs of staff members. Educate team members on products and procedures to provide accurate reports. Social Media and Corporate investigations can be challenging to eliminate brand damage and restore confidence in clients.

Pros: My reputation as an employee speaks volumes ie.Performance management and remuneration thereof
Cons: Not much growth within the company

My Review about my work

At times it is really hectic and busy with all the calls coming through , but our team managers to handle all those calls , other times it is quiet depending mostly on the day . I have a really good relationship with my co workers we can have a small disagreement with work and few minutes down the line we all laughing and joking together , we stick together .I have learnt a lot about insurance since it is my first job with insurance . The most challenging is when we have irate clients and need to calm them down before assisting them and helping those clients get assisted properly .

i have grew so much into this industry, i have learnt so much as well. i enjoy corresponding with my clients, my job is challenging and i always receive compliments.
