Digicall solutions l

Digicall solutions is an out sourced company, mainly call center. Im currently in the glass department (Glasfit) Dealing with different insurance companies, brokerages, individual clients and glasfit branches throughout the country as well. What I enjoy the most is authorizing claims for insurance companies doing a full inspection and evaluation for a client. Team work is an essential aspect as alot of training takes place on product knowledge, system training and customer service, which is another aspect i enjoy extremely alot is training people.

Pros: Great opportunity for call center experience, and customer service.
Cons: No growth opportunity.

I am a young vibrant person free spirited and willing to go an extra mile to be of assistance .

I am a 27 year old young man who has acquired quite a bit of experience in the hospitality industry and customer services. I've worked as a waiter, host and supervisor at franchises and for the past 3 years ten months I've been working as a roadside assist follow up agent at a short term insurance company. I enjoy being around people and really know how to make them feel welcomed. I have a lot of discipline when it comes to a working environment and work exceptionally well under pressure. I'm always willing to learn and I take well to constructive criticism

It has been good working at my company

im a hard worker,energetic,i eager to learn as i have some ideas to share with my colleagues, im good in working with different clients as i have worked with different customers for their different needs so i have accommodated them regarding their needs,i have learnt that,i need to always be ready for the moods of the client to accommodate them as they matter the most.

Pros: i can bring what i have in mind for the company and hard working as i am, im willing to learn new things.
Cons: 12 hours
