i have joined AV team within a short period of time and with the experience i have ,i apply my as a faster learner and being the only female within my team has given me an overview look of things besides my career that you get treated how you present yourself to people as individual , like interacting with people most client cause wouldn't know where the opportunity of networking might lead you .my day to day setup meeting for client big events as EXCO Meetings using blue jeans , Crestron panel to control the room camera tracking .

Excellent learning experience
I have 3years Diploma in Information Technology specializing in Network Engineering, Certified in ITIL V3 Foundation and MCSE. Currently based at Standard Bank, providing Level 1&2 IT Support. Responsibility include but not limited Desktop Support, Software Installation, Office365, Citrix, 3G, AD, Internet, Network, logging incidents on ITSM and Escalating unresolved incidents to Tier 3 or Third Party. I work well individually and in a team, Reliable individual who can deliver under pressure.

Qlikview, Power BI, SSRS. Tableau, Microsoft Stack
I have recently moved back from Europe after spending a year working on a project for Dimension Data. I was based in Prague in the Czech Republic. Previous to that I have worked for Dimension Data for 15 years, based at our head office in Gauteng. The recent 8 years has been in the BI reporting space. I was responsible for delivering reports and analysis for 8 different clients. Much of my responsibility was collecting the required information from different stakeholders, putting these requirements into production and presenting these reports to the stakeholders. I have gained extensive experience in Power BI, Tableau, SSRS, and Qlikview, In addition to this I have excellent excel, presentation and communication skills. I am a team player who gets on well with team members and stakeholders alike. I have a passion for analytics and client satisfaction, making sure I always place my clients in the centre of everything I do.

Excellent problem solving skills
- Work 6 - 3. Sometimes 10 - 12 hours a day is required. - Great relationship with co-workers and management - Various service management - Knowledge management and KEDB management - Projects and project managemement - Process performance and compliance management - Reporting and report design Workload and timekeeping can be tough, especially if you are in meetings 8 hours a day 5 days a week.

Enterprise knowledge gained
Application Manager role focuses on maintaining progress on our Enterprise Scaled Agile processes focusing on implementing highly enterprise focuses agile features for the business. My business does about $500 bar per year so my work is very important to maintain the company's logistics systems providing feedback electronically through new 3pl integration developed by me for up to the minute status on tracking information, I also integrate POD information into the ERP billing system (SAP) and provision EDI to accounts payable through my payment process that is workflowed into the ERP via SSIS - Idocs Repo - Biztalk - SAP I report to the CFO and technical director of GIS for dimension data, providing them detailed reports, architecture design strategies mapped from Business strategy meetings that I host with all the key heads from Europe, UK, US and South africa to workable business engineered process. There are many things that i'm involved with, key to my role is to keep the client happy.

Learnt a new process, saw overheads on a very clumsy process
one outstanding project lead out of the team. Excellent and knows her stuff backwards. Made the difference. Process is clumsy, the trend is to lighter governance so as to free up knowledge and hands for the items which matter. This process needs a speedy overhaul
