Hard worker and enjoy learning and pushing myself
The company I work for is a great company to work for but it takes too long to move up in the company because of favouritism. I have been passed over for promotions a couple of times. The people that was chosen instead of myself was least qualified and did not even have half my years of experience in the field of the position. I want to grow in a company. I work hard every day at what I'm doing now and I am putting in my all and I try to learn whatever I can.

Fast learner
Am working Mon - Friday but am also willing to work shift. Not all workers will like you at work due to the work your doing. I have learn that once the staff likes you you might be having a problem. I have learn that team work brings the better production and I enjoy whereby leading by example as always guide those who left behind. I like briging different ideas in order for the company to grow bigger as we will be growing too. working Mon - Friday but am also willing to work shift. Excellent learning curve
Being at Dischem has tought me how to be strong , its far more different than the Edgars environment that i have been used to for over 8years . Some of the other things im still trying to get used to them . And my other challenge has been the house because of where i stay i have to wake up very very early to get my kids ready as early as 4am them leave the house at 6am just so that i can be at work atleast by 9am and when we close late on Fridays i get home at 00:45am or 01:00am.

Good working conditions
It was a company full of youth, is was a good company because it give youth employment to avoid being on e.g drugs The company was paying better salaries and bonuses. The company teached me almost south African routes, how to be responsible a driver, how to obey road rules. It also changed me to be responsible to my family and how to take care of my self and also it tought me to respect my colleagues and elders. I've even gained my driving confidence because of the company.

Opportunity to grow
I have learnt to work under pressure and time management .I loved everything about my work and company.It was a good opportunity for me since i was having encouraging managers who wanted to see me on top oneday.

Hard working individual
I work great in a team environment, also I am driven in my work as an individual also. It was a new challenge for me, had to promote new products and was liable for growth of Revlon, la Roche Posay, Vichy and Almay. Most challenging part of working for Dischem was the hours.

Fast growth , quick learning , big corporate
There some great teams to work with in dische., listing hampered the family type structure which is now more number driven then staff wellbeing driven
Pros: Good people work there , people in the same levels always help each other and work together

Excellent learning curve
My job was never a ride in the park. Having to think of how to merchandise how to sell products and link sales. It was challenging to reach target. But however I have learnt to be patient and have good communication skills with customers. Be polite and learnt
