Warehouse company very good perks. The company does try hard to look after its staff however there are few glitchs here and there. Working for DisChem has made me resilient to any sort of challenge I'm faced with.

Gained a lot off experience driving 8ton
I enjoy doing my job as driver of 8 ton , and working as team, following the orders from my supervisor and my clients. I have learned how to handle the pressure on busy time like November December

Excellent learning curve
I'm just not happy anymore with the company and I have been a store health manager for t we o years and I'm still earning under R20000 basic if it was not for my commission I would not survive

Good communication skill and good costumer communication
I will not say much about me im willing to do any work that I will be ask to fast learner with good team work and good communication skills able to work under pressure also and a hard work, I always love what I do.i have been a team leader in several companies and I have a done a good work I have mentor many people at my work place some now are managers now some have own business.i understand that I don't have any qualifications of this job but the fact is that in practical I can do a excellent work more than the person who is qualify to do the job there is lot more different between theory and practical.i have many skill in practical job and Im patient hard work always punctual and dress up to do my job well with good hygiene in and health clean environment were Im working all the time.

Excellent learning curve
Im working as a DC CHECKER at dischem,I've learned about SAP as I'm using computee to checker the production quantity,expiry date and description code -my colleagues are pleasant to work with me and im even able to work as a collective and individually

Good working conditions
It was a company full of youth, is was a good company because it give youth employment to avoid being on e.g drugs The company was paying better salaries and bonuses. The company teached me almost south African routes, how to be responsible a driver, how to obey road rules. It also changed me to be responsible to my family and how to take care of my self and also it tought me to respect my colleagues and elders. I've even gained my driving confidence because of the company.

I am learning a lot
The people you work with and the relationships you build with patients is important, it must be a good atmosphere to work in. I get along with my co-workers and don't mind working extra hours because I love what I do. I learn a lot and think I can develop my skills to become a manager. It is hard work, but you must also have fun doing that. It is good if your team can work together in unity and knows what is expected of them.
