I was working as a warehouse picker for 2 years
I have been working in the warehouse environment for two years I was working from 6y to 626 and I enjoyed meeting with people who can fix each other and they love each other

Gaining work experience
I enjoy working with customers, I always wanted to be part of the medical field this is one way of doing it. I have a good work relationship with my colleagues, It's a great opportunity for me to acquire skills

How to run SAP
Load bonus buys using Sap. Using different transactions on SAP to make sure that articles are forced down to all stores. I also recieve mail on a daily to check pricing and fix them into SAP. Sometimes prices have to be locked and i do that in the system

My Work in Overall
In my current work position as Pharmacist Assistant Learner there is not n single day that will pass where I do not learn something new. Every day is a different challenge and every day I learn to deal with different personalities. My relationship with my co-workers is very good, I get along with everyone and can say that I have a good relationship with all. I enjoy helping people and being able to put a smile on their face. I would say that the most challenging part of my job is trying to keep everyone happy at the same time.
Pros: Good experience in the pharmaceutical Field.

Fast learner
Am working Mon - Friday but am also willing to work shift. Not all workers will like you at work due to the work your doing. I have learn that once the staff likes you you might be having a problem. I have learn that team work brings the better production and I enjoy whereby leading by example as always guide those who left behind. I like briging different ideas in order for the company to grow bigger as we will be growing too. working Mon - Friday but am also willing to work shift. Stepping stone
Doing bookings with suppliers on delivery dates. Grv of invoices. Creating pods in order to balance invoice. Using ERP and EWM to create inbound. Closing of inbounds doing claims on short dated or damaged stock. Writing out credits, scanning and fax to head office. Transfer of chep pallets to Namibia and swartkop munt on the portfolio plus and my chep system. Motivating of staff. Email and calling suppliers. Updated reports via email to management. Having daily meetings on turn around times and efficient inbound processes.
Pros: Great management team to work with. Supportive in all decisions. Sharing of knowledge very important.
Cons: Not being able to earn a decent or liveable salary on the amount of responsibility that you as a supervisor must adhere to. Working for an agent with no bonus prospects.

Intense and challenging but conducive to growth
It is hard towork for an enterprise where I feel like a number or a cog in the wheel. That noted, there is much to learn from the founders of the company - from the importance of SOPs to the ablity to think laterally. I believe that the company would benefit from an R&D deprtment
Pros: Being able to observe and learn from such a well run enterprise, and to gain insight as to how key decisions are made are developments that I will be able to take with me and apply in future employment environments and at a personal level too.
Cons: There is intense competition for career advancement and the core values or fundamental offerings that I believe the profession should focus on are not consistent with the skill and labour model utilised in the dispensary
