Great assist to entry in corporate
Good clean environment had great co-workers that made it a joy to come to work. Teaches you great patience and people skills also educates you with how to educate others and be helpful. Enjoyed group team activities at times and recreational activities outside work. Challenging aspects is dealing with different personalities and bad management also very minimal training making it had to grasp and excel at what you need to do.

Great experience gained
I am working as a Professional Assistant to two Financial Advisors, I do compliance, meetings, manage diaries, client files, client queries, clients claims, I do compliance as well as emails. I am earning R5000, R2500 from each Advisor so in essence for one advisor I am only earning R2500. I have been working for almost 1year without a set contract, payslip or UIF and benefits set. as a iprofessional

Excellent company to work for.
Life at Discovery was blissful. You walk into the office greeted with happiness and laughter. I enjoyed our diversity as this brings individuals together. I've learnt alot from departmental moves to interacting with people on different levels.

Irregular
Not the best decision I ever made. Clawbacks is a killer. You can never feel comfortable due to the fact that policies lapse and you have to pay everything back

Excellent learning curve
Amazing culture and thus far I have had fantastic opportunities. I currently work in the UK space so I have been exposed to the corporate world from an International standing.

I have learnt to create and coordinating proper reportin
You need to proactive and MUST have time management. Everything has to be done within SLA I order for everything to run Its a very competitive environment that requires you to be at your best 80% of the time. The culture is nice and relaxed when given the opportunity.
