Fast learner. Work under pressure. Interpersonal skills

I am in charge of the switchboard. Handle all communication. Laise files. Make appointments. Confirm appointments. Client follow ups. Company follow ups. Assist walk in clients.

Pros: My colleagues are great
Cons: No opportunity for promotion. Minimal rights to small things

High paced environment where change is constant.

I've learnt to work in high pressure environment, deal with different types of people. I've learnt to be flexible and adaptive to the changing environment. I'm grateful for the opportunity I was afforded, it pushed me to my limits and helped unlock strength I didn't know I had

Great people to work with

My day starts around 07h30. I start off planning the week with logistics routes and stock deliveries. I have a great relationship with my co-workers. I was learnt a lot about logistics of which I have come to love and enjoy. Working under pressure can be challenging but nothing is too much.

A day in my life at Discovery

Great culture, work day was longer than normal as had to manage and coordinate with team over three different geographies. This was sometimes challenging but we had great team work. The most rewarding thing for me was getting to learn something new as well as manage implementation and communication of the project as well as stakeholder management.
