Excellent work eperience
Typical day would be going to the office, check emails, escalations then get busy with queries for the day. My relationship with co-workers was the best because we worked as a team. I have learned that there's always something new you learn at work I enjoyed solving different queries everyday. The challenging aspect was dealing with a difficult user.

Need growth opportunity
I am an enthusiastic, self-motivated and a very hard working individual. I have a proven ability to manage high work volume on a very regular basis and I take pride in my dedication to quality work and the timely completion of projects. Energetic knowledge hungry
Energetic lively light hearted personality. I enjoy being at the office very early to kick start my day and build up the energy needed to go through the work day, usually focus hard and try to get as much as possible done ensuring tasks are completed before the end of the day. Love getting to know my co-workers and having intellectual conversations as well as helping co-workers out and having a laugh now and then. I've learnt that it is important to have a good relationship with everyone you work with to ensure a healthy working environment. Having good people skills really pays off in a working environment and completing tasks before deadlines gives you time to reassess and ensure everything is in order and correctly completed. I enjoy being in the office liasing with my supervisor to learn from him/her and learning different ways and techniques to implement in my work. The most challenging aspects of the job is dealing with difficult clients and ensuring that they are happy.

Good learning curve for unemployment individual with grade 12
Work environment was good. We had fun . Difficult situations was dealing with irate members however we had training on how to deal with them. Pressure from management to make targets. Problem was how they were dealing with things how they approch us because at the end of the day we know that we have to meet deadlines and we have to master our jobs.

I am in charge of the switchboard. Handle all communication. Laise files. Make appointments. Confirm appointments. Client follow ups. Company follow ups. Assist walk in clients.

High paced environment where change is constant.
I've learnt to work in high pressure environment, deal with different types of people. I've learnt to be flexible and adaptive to the changing environment. I'm grateful for the opportunity I was afforded, it pushed me to my limits and helped unlock strength I didn't know I had
