- great company but slow growth

I currently work around polokwane and surrounding areas, have a customer base of 280 customers. I'm measured on 15 calls a day but do more because I have a bigger customer base. I'm responsible for making sure my customers have distell's brands in theirs outlets, sell at RRSP , brands are visible and accessible to consumers. They are advertised properly and at the point of purchase where everyone will see them as they walk in yo the store. I've learned a lot about fmcg from Distell and what helped me a lot was a shortage of reps that worked to my advantage because I got to work on different markets, formal and informal, mainstream, key accounts and hybrid. I worked with mass cash, Marko (relieving),cofi and jembe tavern.,Tops etc. I have acquired extensive experience within the 2 Years that I've worked at Distell and I'm confident that I can do well should I be given any work relating to Sales. I'm a fast leaner and adapt quickly to change. I'm innovative and work well in teams.

Pros: Slow in growing people
Cons: Short staffing, result to pressure and long working hours

Excellent learning curve

A typical day at work will be working as quickly and efficiently as possible. Team work is a must.daily meetings. I have learned to listen to my fellow colleagues and collaborate. The people Working under pressure daily to give timeious accurate results to clients as soon as possible without any mistakes.

Pros: it's a learning curve
Cons: big corparate company and not easy yo get promoted
