My learning experience is great as I have learnt alot off how to manage staff members. I learnt how to manage time and reach deadlines within the given time. I learnt how to budget with regards to staff. I learnt how to interact more with individuals both professionally and personally.

Good place to start
It is a good place to start and to explore a workplace especially if you're fresh from school. It is however very bad at communicating changes or improvements, top down comms don't happen.
Pros: There's always a new product being launched or trialled

Meticulous and assetive
Morning meeting to review tasks at hand Very good relationship with co workers. Team work is very valued at the company Learnt World class manufacturing principles and procedures Working in a team, motivating and training our co workers Most challenging aspects of job is people. Encouraging workers to maintain consistency

Lots of Growth
Good Relationship with colleagues Working with customers and dealing with different issues on a daily basis Good communication skills as well an analytical thinker Like to think outside the box and always find a solution to each problem which I take as learning curve.

Chances to learn are very big and there are resources to make your life easy
Best company to work for but there is a lot of pressure and challenges that can make you to despair sometimes because you are sked to even do more than expected

The environment is that of high performance
A typical day starts with Sales updates, secondly enquiring with the team to ensure that everyone is okay and ready to take on the day's challenges. As a team we need to consider the Kpi's we are chasing, versus our progress per day. The environment is that of high performance and quality standards need aintained at all times.

Fast exposure to Most aspects of the production environment
Very challenging and fast past paced environment where a lot of emphasis is placed on speed and quality. As a part of the team you get to be responsible for some of the best know brands on the market and the efforts of the individual are recognized.

Exceeding and enjoying what I do.
A good day that was everyday was a verity of responsibilities . Working with different departments and people and always learning new things Everyday was challenge as not day went past that there was not something to learn of a problem to solve .

No respect for the individual, and questionable ethics
Great benefits, great people. Bad management ethic. Not much more I would like to say sadly the last 2 years have been sole destroying, not the company that it was were there was integrity and respect.
