Gained Experience in multiple roles
I have gained great experience and exposure in my current roles at DSV. My division is critical to the company the challenge is to maintain solid working ethics in such a huge organisation so you always maintain excellent productivity. I deal with a lot of people due to my position and for the past 13 years I have maintained great business relationships. i enjoy the diversity of my postions .

Academic exposure
I currently work for DSV, A global Logistics company with branches in over 40 countries. I am working as the Operations Supervisor responsible for the Inbound, Outbound and Inventory for New Holland AG stock. Our Typical day will be 300 lines of Inbound, 300 Lines of Outbound and at least 1000 lines . have a very good working relationship with my team and my management, same relationship with our clients and their customers. Working with different people from different background is one of the highlight I have. I enjoy working with different people from all spheres of the world, I have clients in Italy an, basil and France that we communicate daily .The challenge is the Procurement and the scheduling of freights. t is always a surprise that you cant plan for.

Excellent learning curve(people skills)
I I have learnt a lot from DSV, Them being a global company has taught me a lot, from, projects, people skills, analytical skills and reporting. The management is not easy to impress hence I was forced to learn a lot in a short space of time. I have, however felt that the remuneration is not as I expect because I would be ok with at least R400 000. Yet I get less than that without medical aid

Great learning curve
Company is a very busy company that requires one to be focused and committed to what they do. I worked in two fields since I started on the 03 December 2018 . First field I was Office Administration then went over to handling CCMDD call as an assistant adviser.

I have learned so much over the years from DSV
When i startes working for DSV I started as a operator, i was in that position for 3years until I became a data capture / material handler , I was in that position for 2 years until I toke the role of desktop support technican in JHB, was in that position for a year , so I have grown so much over the years and have so much understanding and skills to over , If given the opportunity to do so, looking forward to more growth and learning more day to day, I strive to improve and do my job as best I can.
Pros: I've found DSV to be a very good place to work at,the people are very user friendly
Cons: I've seen that the migration to the cloud as really slowed down the network and therefore the productivity
