Learnt a lot from being with the compsny

The company was a pleasure to work for however my department was not being run according to company ethics and culture. Given the chance, i would go bsck to the company but to a different department

I have learned and gained a lot

Customer service is the way to build lasing relationship and growing your business,by giving great service you are guaranteed that customer will come back and recommend your business to others you are sure to win and double yup our sales and target making sure that you go an es extra mile where necessary, and still do I ng things by the book is the order of the day

Pros: Working towards a common goal, and achieving the goal
Cons: Month end is always the busy and we work harder,and compromise our lunch hours

Perfect working condition

Flexible working hours Promote team work. Teaching and learning environment. Weekly meetings to encourage productivity Easy access to bursaries, career development is highly encouraged. Too much paperwork can be challenging as most things are digital these days

New challenges everyday in a fast paced environment - the breadth of activities within the business unit mean that there is always something new to learn about. Dealing with stakeholders internal,within the group and external can be challenging, but exciting.

Excellent learning curve

On a daily base I get to help customers and solve their problems and enquiries. I love working with people and the best part of my job is exceeding customers expectations. And they can’t thank me enough. My job as taught me great customer service skills , communication skills and To be a team player and to lead by example.

Sales cosultant for 2 years, cashier for 3 months and clearner till current.

my first job was at shoprite as cashier,absa as a sales consultant& fnb as a sales consultant. i was doing face to face ,scanning, emailing, copping and telephone calls, i had a strong relationship with my colleagues, i learn t to teat customers fair, to take responsibility of my work and intergreat. what i enjoyed the most is to work on the system, communicate with people and to go out to look for people in different place like business park, industrial s and the malls. now i'm working as a casual cleaner at bid vest making coffee cleaning the floor with chemicals and also using cleaning machine.

A good team player

My name is Brenda Maisha , I matriculated in 2004 , at south view High school . I then did my computer course at academy of learning . am a good team player , and takes my work very serious . Am never absent from work without a valid reason nor do I take leaves without planing .
