Excellent learning curve

My current company is a very good company for a starter, I have started there as a learner in 2019 I adapted fast to the environment and business. The teams are very supportive and eager to help. I have learnt a lot in this company, I can now document requirements, run sessions, present in the bigger forums.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn, adapt to corporate world. Great teams to work with.
Cons: Lots of unnecessary meetings. Things that could be on emails, they set up sessions for them.

Excellent learning experience and growth potential.

I have flexible working hours and can sit up even in the middle of the night to do work. The opportunities re endless as I am given the opportunity to prove myself and also use my learning and expertise. I empower others and is given an opportunity to grow and learn and teach others. The challenges enables me to improve my skills and learn from others.

Good customer service

Working for fnb has taught me a lot, i know have excellent communication skills and knowledge. I like working flexible hours so on weekends I knock off early and Sunday I'm off. I am energetic and hardworker

My Co-workers were good we even meet for collaboration sessions. punctuality and reach my target.

My relationship with my Co-workers was good, when ever I experienced difficulties I would go to them and they would assist. I have learnt that it is important to collaborate and work as a team and share ideas. I enjoyed learning from my mistakes and taking accountability. Challenging aspects of the job you need to know if through the call the agent is not putting the bank at risk and address it immediately.

Pros: Good way to exposure you learn something new everyday, some of the challenges you can resolve on your own. Upskill and have product knowledge
Cons: Once you don't pick up the mistakes in a call. You will be accountable for any negative impact that may occur as the calls will be audited

Great learning experience

Great company to work for. You get to keep in touch with customers,you can relate with them and get to advise them financial based on company products and basically empower them with information that's relevant to their daily lives.company has a wide variety of departments which you can grow into

High pressure, always busy and challenged, good learning curve

People in the business, product and IT teams are wonderful helpful and friendly. Management is hard to work with and they easily disregard suggestions , very political.

Teachable spirit

I would describe the environment as refreshing as we work with whole new different people of different cultures it teaches one different ways of making you fit in any type of an environment . we are on shift work where shift start at 7 clock and it ends at 10 pm . Here i can say our daily job function is servicing our clients and at serving it comes with different types of clients. Irate, happy, and disgruntled clients. What keeps one excited everyday is not being aware of how your day will turn out to be. Having to sort a query give one peace within realizing i have sorted something that was hurdle on another person life . Safe to say our organization it is so huge at time you not able to pin as where to send the query to be resolved but at same time that not what you can give a client for feed back on the query . I enjoy myself working in a team as it provides with more experience not only at your current role but life in general.

Cons: 7am to 10pm
