Learning curve
I work as a home based customer service and sales consultant, my job is to adhere to the customer queries and sell funeral, life and accident covers when needed, mostly help with customer queries.

Excellent learning curve
Very unpredictable but exciting at the same time Very good relationship with co - workers. We always work as a team and help each other out I enjoy the unpredictability that comes with this jobs. No two cases are the same and you get challenged daily Most challenging is dealing with all the fraudulent claims

Excellent
It is such a good experience working in the company because i meet new people everyday and interact with them, some are difficult clients so i like it as it makes me to grow and know how to handle them. I enjoy working with my team and it has to start with me to create a healthy working environment, we treat each other with dignity and respect and we always learn from each other. What i have learn is that everyone is important and must be treated as such. The most challenging aspects it's on the claim stage when customer want to claim within waiting period and say she was never told about the waiting period

Great company to work for
The company is great and always put their employees first. They have great culture and have made progress in thinking for their employees. I mean general employees. The company salary structures are not bad.

I am willing to learn and also interested on the Job
I am a hardworking and self driven. I dedicate all my time to my work and I'm focused. I am a team player. I have been with Hollard for 4 years and i have worked in different Departments. from Financial services, Customer service, Field agent, Branch consultant and now I am a sales consultant. I committed myself in different project and i have fais credit through Hollard. I am willing to learn. i also did Admin and claims through Hollard. I have Matric and Diploma in Office Assistant.
Pros: great opportunity
Cons: it was a great opportunity for me as I learned a lot on this company. Being awarded as hard worker and also received incentives every month.

Good company
Hollard was a great company to work for as they made sure work and life balance was possible for employees. And in terms of recognition we would quarterly awards to award good performance which was great for employees moral to keep excelling in thier roles. The only thing was the limited growth opportunities provided

To build good working relationship with business which promotes excellence and accountability.
Very diverse company with good working relationship with my colleagues. Finance its a very busy environment and working underpressure its something that I managed it very well with meeting the the setup dealines. I enjoys doing managent report and analysis.l have learned a lot about short term insurance. Most challenging its balance shèet recons especially when there are historical balances with no valid substance.
Pros: Diversed company and very relaxed environment. We work and play
Cons: Volume if work with less capacity which leads to long working hours.
