Working in an environment like Hollywood was Very exciting filled with laughter and joy.We usually get along with eachother especially helping our knew agents who have some difficulties with our clients.That company taught me alot especially with customer service as within we deal with some very frustrated clients who use big amounts of money gambling...

What i learned about the company
Long hours on the road visiting clients at outlets and managing promoters plus minus 15 that are all based at different outlets. the job description changes any time. the bonus structure when you are performing well changes at any time. You are on the road everyday but you do not have medical aid or any other benefits. and you pay for any damages to the car even a tire. you need to review your employment contracts fully before signing and making sure you know what you are getting yourself in to. we work with great people but the way the company is structured and the fact that there are no benefits. And even when it comes to your incentives things can change anytime when you are doing very well in some areas. just so your incentive won't be high.
Pros: flexible working hours
Cons: long working hours, no benefits,you pay for any damages to your vehicle even if it is not your fault.

Great experience
you learn so much about clients and you get to own a call while you let them think they are the main option ,but the most amazing thing is giving the client information about your product and hearing the response i want it at the end.

Learning experience
The job itself is good. Lot of admin work and capturing of data, answering calls, but the money is too little. The most challenging part of the job is dealing with clients over the phone they can be very impatient and rude. I have improved on my data capturing skills and listening skills. My co-workers and I have a good working relationship.

Communication skills
I've learnt to work under pressure. It was good although sometimes our team leaders were talking anyhow with us. I enjoyed traveling and satisfying the clients. What was challenging it where by a client comes and a complain and shouting at you.

Experience gain
I'm taking bets on a regular basis providing customer service to our punters. We work hard with my colognes for our punters not to stand on the question for long. I have learned to be patient as we working with different people with different personalities. In my job I enjoy helping punters where they don't understand. There are many challenges in my job drunk people; they will swear at you.
Pros: You get a promotion on a service like how long have you been there.
Cons: We working long hours but at the end of the month you still get basic salary.

Good learning experience
I've worked there for 2 years and have learnt a lot about customer service and how to run a day to day gambling business. My duty was to take bets as a clerk and I enjoyed my job, the reason why I resigned is because I needed to find a company that will allow me to grow my skills and get opportunities.

Big chances of learning
Crediting client's account, authorising withdrawals for branches and taking queries from clients through phone and email. My relationship with my colleagues is good as our work depends on one another. I enjoy working with clients an I've learnt how to keep the customer satisfied.

Excellent learning opportunity
I enjoy working at Hollywoodbets, the management and the staff are friendly enough to give you an opportunity to express, prove your self on the job. With so much to learn, they always assist me where i need their assistance. Working long/extra hours is part of the job, as there are large volumes of transactions daily.
