Working in an environment like Hollywood was Very exciting filled with laughter and joy.We usually get along with eachother especially helping our knew agents who have some difficulties with our clients.That company taught me alot especially with customer service as within we deal with some very frustrated clients who use big amounts of money gambling...

What i learned about the company
Long hours on the road visiting clients at outlets and managing promoters plus minus 15 that are all based at different outlets. the job description changes any time. the bonus structure when you are performing well changes at any time. You are on the road everyday but you do not have medical aid or any other benefits. and you pay for any damages to the car even a tire. you need to review your employment contracts fully before signing and making sure you know what you are getting yourself in to. we work with great people but the way the company is structured and the fact that there are no benefits. And even when it comes to your incentives things can change anytime when you are doing very well in some areas. just so your incentive won't be high.
Pros: flexible working hours
Cons: long working hours, no benefits,you pay for any damages to your vehicle even if it is not your fault.

Experience gain
I'm taking bets on a regular basis providing customer service to our punters. We work hard with my colognes for our punters not to stand on the question for long. I have learned to be patient as we working with different people with different personalities. In my job I enjoy helping punters where they don't understand. There are many challenges in my job drunk people; they will swear at you.
Pros: You get a promotion on a service like how long have you been there.
Cons: We working long hours but at the end of the month you still get basic salary.

Good learning experience
I've worked there for 2 years and have learnt a lot about customer service and how to run a day to day gambling business. My duty was to take bets as a clerk and I enjoyed my job, the reason why I resigned is because I needed to find a company that will allow me to grow my skills and get opportunities.

Great working experience
Working at Hollywood bets has been a great journey I have no complaints about it becouse we get to interect with different customers every say and even make friends out of them. It has really tought me how to engage my self with people and kind of accommodate their different personalities as they are not all the same nd have different views. Not only have i started enjoying workibg with customers as i am working here but from way befor on the previous companies i have work for it has all just been an great journey but i would really like to expand and increase my passion for working with people to a different company as well as i need some improvement in the salary from what am getting now, however my passion for customers is very deep and can bring serious growth in the company.

Excellent growth opportunities
Hollywood bets is a good and welcoming company with excellent growth opportunies for a hard working individual whom applies accountability and delivers results beyond obstactles. The environment is friendly enough that you feel welcomed and part of the company and engage to fun and exciting activities within the company and across many departments as well. Excellent learning curve
I have worked very hard today being on calls couldn't even managed to meet the daily target, I work very well with my colleagues because we share work as well as ideas. Another thing that I have learned is that it is very important to delegate it makes work flow. I enjoy doing my work while listening to music, The most challenging about my job is that I have to meet my daily target and be punctual while I have to answer phone calls because sometimes there are busy days.

Excellent learning curve
I am doing a straight shift which is 8am-5pm.Since i joined hollywoodbets i've learned a lot and gain experience in data capturing.I meet new people from different background which taught me about lot of things include different cultures.The most challenging is when there is promotion where i work under pressure to answer calls from customers and meeting my daily target at the sametime. Hollywoodbets is a has a friendly environment and that is what i love and enjoy the most about it.

Excellent experience curve
It very challenging to lead 150 employee but it enjoyable. My duties are simple i.e . to manage the presence of employee at daily bases , to make sure that all product that are being offered by company are there and available to customer , and lately to balance the in out of cash at daily bases. Stock counting and controll capure all neccessary information to the systeem and responding to emails.

Customer services
Working at Hollywood bets as a deposit agent is very challenging due to the fact that we basically give the administration clerks the authority to pay out the winning tickes or the winnings for the punter that they won during the bets,we have to be accurate and very focus that we make sure that the personal details for punter are correct and we pay out the excect amount.
