Working at Hollywood bets as a deposit agent is very challenging due to the fact that we basically give the administration clerks the authority to pay out the winning tickes or the winnings for the punter that they won during the bets,we have to be accurate and very focus that we make sure that the personal details for punter are correct and we pay out the excect amount.

This company is great, good for growth and also learning new things, you are not limited.
Working here is very exciting, you will never know what to expect as its marketing and that is thrilling, I work with different people meaning different characters of which is challenging but great as we learn a lot of things from each other, I enjoy being on the field, doing promotions, attending soccer tournament and also boosting sales for the store The hardest part is meeting a daily target as it depends on where you are for that day and the expected number of registration, but we always pull through because we work as a team.

It was a lovely company and a good company
This was a lovely moment i used to enjoy but at the salary it was not good enough.there were moments that you feel like you can leave the job because they are not paying well and they are hard on the clerks.where as we earn less money and we are the piller of the company.customers insults us for no good reason.

Good stepping stone
It's a good company that helps you learn more and let's you grow with the company Its not bed working for the company but my problem is the transport fee its too much expense and I'm not earning enough. The distance from my house to work is long I have to be in the bus for 2 hours and my job we travel from one place to another. My relationship with the Co workers is good I'm happy to be around them. I've learnt a lot in the company like marketing and eteracting with different people. I enjoyed when we had to sleep over somewhere far from our homes to do promos. The most challenging aspects it's when you can not reach your target.

Not a healthy environment
THIS COMPANY IS A VERY UNHEALTHY WORK ENVIRONMENT BECAUSE OF THE LONG UNPAID HOURS ONE HAS TO WORK, CO-WORKERS ARE TWO FACED WHEN IT COMES TO CHOSING BETWEEN TEAM MEMBERS AND UNREASONBLE EMPLOYER.

Good learning curve
Gave me a chance to be exposed to many work aspects as i get to laise with different departments in this way i get to learn their job as well. One dissapointing thing is that they often appoint not so compitent managers whom it hard to learn anything from and this is very demotivating for the team .
Pros: There are many departments in thus giving an opportunity to grow

Learning experience
Work is hectic and the hours are long. No weekends and there are too many queries to attend to on social media. I also take lots of callas we are understaffed. The relationship with the colleagues is fine. I have learned to multitask and to serve customers. It challenging when the management does not understand the work you do.

Excellent in customer service
I like to work as team,because we push each other to have confidence and moral to work.we teach each other how to deal with issues and how to solve it without quarrel. I love to help people, iam good in sales.I have learnt how to communicate with different people.

Client service excellence
I reconcile balances with bank statements credits, efilling of customer documents, dealing with client queries via email and telephone. Crediting clients accounts. What I've learnt from hollywoodbets is client service.
