Bad learning curve but I have to eat
I have a good relationship with my fallow colleges. Everyday is a new day to learn new things, I learn how to work with people daily, meeting targeys daily and meeting new people daily. I ebjoy taking bets and being top on the list of bets making sure I never have the lowest bets ever. The most challenging thing at my work place are team leaders and managers it's like they were programmed to give written warnings at all times, there are no verbal warnings but written I find it most challenging than anything else.

Payroll Officer, Journals
Good day, started to work at Hollywoodbets as Payroll officer in July 2018 and I knew nothing about Sage People as my previous company I was using SAP system , but my colleagues were good to me especially our Senior Payroll she is the one who was showing me how to use Sage and how to do reports getting helps from another Payroll Officers its very good to work with our Team even there is deadline I always try to meet them and always willing to learn new things all the time and our Manager always supports us. I learned lots from my current company for this past 2 years and I know how to do some of the reports on Sage People and Sage evolutions through to my colleagues and we working friendly with Manager from different branches and when there is problem we always try to work together to make sure we come with a solution. I like the way our Manager looking after us she always tell us the door is always open for any problems that we meet while we working
Pros: Great opportunity to become an Payroll Officer
Cons: I am willing to work long hours especially when we trying to meet the deadlines

Excellent opportunity for growth
Many procedures to be followed both at opening and closing of the retail stores. Experience with cash handling is a must. Clerks work hard to satisfy customer many of which are always dissatisfied. Gambling and entertainment environment don't always attract the best customers. Senior management don't always understand the constraints at the branch level but there are gems among them. Team work plays a big part of the company. It's very vibrant. Training is emphasized

Excellent learning curve, meet new people everyday and face some new challenges
I enjoyed working for Hollywoodbets but the hours have been crazy and there�s no room for growth. We do the same thing over and over and I am one who gets bored easily hence I�m always up for a new challenge

Excellent learning curve
I have worked very hard today being on calls couldn't even managed to meet the daily target, I work very well with my colleagues because we share work as well as ideas. Another thing that I have learned is that it is very important to delegate it makes work flow. I enjoy doing my work while listening to music, The most challenging about my job is that I have to meet my daily target and be punctual while I have to answer phone calls because sometimes there are busy days.

It was a lovely company and a good company
This was a lovely moment i used to enjoy but at the salary it was not good enough.there were moments that you feel like you can leave the job because they are not paying well and they are hard on the clerks.where as we earn less money and we are the piller of the company.customers insults us for no good reason.

Excellent learning opportunity
I enjoy working at Hollywoodbets, the management and the staff are friendly enough to give you an opportunity to express, prove your self on the job. With so much to learn, they always assist me where i need their assistance. Working long/extra hours is part of the job, as there are large volumes of transactions daily.

Learning curve but Need better
A typical day at work, well it's demanding as I have to be on my toes on how to resolve queries for clients that need help in many ways, I need to learn fast and on my feet as ita fast pace and curve balls are thrown at you every time. And endurance because there's always a lot of work. Work relationships well I'd say it's not an easy place to be in because people are in groups and being a free open minded person is not acceptable among the others. But I make it work.
