Hollywood is a good company

I worked for Hollywood 7 years 9 months. Experience lot of things and challenges. I was in charge of 49 promoters who were reporting to me. Enjoyed doing promotions and promoters salary. Met different people everyday. I was doing admin and area managers duty. When its month end we will have lot of promotions and we had targets to reach it was so challenging.

Pros: The company has growth
Cons: Worked long hours weekends

Hollywoodbets without the Hollywood

The typical work day fluctuates between manic and being quiet. Last minute projects with short deadlines place unnecessary pressure on team members. The position offers no prospect for growth and has no challenges

Pros: Creative Department. Challenges
Cons: Poor communication. Below industry wage

Excellent learning curve

Working at hollywoodbets was a very graet experience ,the workers are great and very welcoming and helful even though so sometimes the management is unfair but the atmosphere amongst employees is so great that you put all the bad aside .working hours are good but management is very ungair.

Excellent learning opportunity

I enjoy working at Hollywoodbets, the management and the staff are friendly enough to give you an opportunity to express, prove your self on the job. With so much to learn, they always assist me where i need their assistance. Working long/extra hours is part of the job, as there are large volumes of transactions daily.

Excellent learning curve

i have interacted with a lot of different people a day. i travel a lot train and observation reports based on the team members performances and behavior. i a good environment and conducive. i have learnt to facilitator and work a lot with a computer. i enjoy meeting and helping people gain product knowledge. standing in front of new people or unfamiliar faces everyday is quiet a challenge.

I really enjoy to work with people eventhough I work long hours

I really enjoy to work as a team with other employees. I have learnt to communicate with other people in a good way and handle rude customers in a good way. I enjoy to surrounded by different people because I learn a lots from them.

Duties Job Description Assist customers with betting queries. Ensure that fixtures and coupons are visible and updated. Reaching daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and targets related to the increase in customer base. Drive daily sales through the effective demonstration and/or explanation of products. Drive marketing campaigns to increase sales. Promote the Hollywood brand. Set up and arrange displays at the branch to attract the attention of prospective and existing customers. Effective branding of branches. Keep work areas neat and tidy to promote a positive image to customers. Might be required to rove between branches and stores as per operational needs. Any other related duties that might be required.

I learnt the customer service position and to cater for different varietu Community.

I'm just a simple individual and a good asset to a company by being ethical at all times. I'm energetic and also computer literate with all the windows. And one you get to know me, you'll know I'm a sales person. With good commucating skills..
