According to my review of this homechoice company is excellent and more efficient.

The accurate picture of the most popular thing to say that I have been trying to get the more and relevant results of my clients. And one thing I would like to add is that homechoice as you know it is the biggest company and I always wanted to check out the best prices for my clients and I grew up in this company and it has been designed for everyone to enjoy the rest of their lives with previous experience of working with the company. It seems to be the best prices for everyone to enjoy it. Beddings are beautiful and also the furniture and decoration with made in Italy.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotions and offers discounts on blancets and beddings.
Cons: Long working hours but depends on how to get clients.

Excelllent place,uncapped commission,energetic enviroment,target driven

Good place to work nice people can be challenged at times you determine how much you earn every month. You must be at work at all times to be top performer be healthy . Achieve goals everyday and monthly a must good incentives. Work every public holiday

Excellent learning curve while waiting for your job opportunity

Getting in contact with already existing homechoice customers to process their application and also review their affordability. Advice on payment options and checking if order is accurate with them. Calling to also identify if order is valid or fraudulent. Paper trail Check out what documents customer sent spmas to process their orders or /and call them if some things are still missing.

My learning curve

My typical work day is listening to calls, give feedback to team leaders and agent. Update the tracker. Type out feedback forms. Sending an update to the business and team leaders. I have a good relationship with my teammates, agents, manager and team leaders. I have a learned a lot in this business because I started as and customer service and sales agent/ insurance and ended up a Quality Assessor. I enjoy giving positive feedback to agents and the business. The most challenging is when agents we're found non- compliant.

Managing external clients

I manage relationship with clients collecting debt in behalf of homechoice. I am a kind person. Trust worthy. Working hard. Very flexible to change. I am a quick learner.

Homechoice is a great company to work for.

The people in the business are unlike any people I have ever worked with. They are open, honest, friendly. The staff is great to work with, matured business minded and very motivated. My manager personally grows me on a daily basis, he opens me to challenges and new learnings that I would never have received anywhere else. If he should go, that would be my reason for leaving homechoice. I do not have much possibility for growth as I do not know in which area of the business I can go, after I have hit the level of manager. After that it is either a different department with the same jib title and hopefully a higher salary.

Pros: great culture and people to work with
Cons: old outdated systems. Paid below the belt. Credit risk team incompetent.

Excellent learning curve, gather experience and be exposed to a growing company

I enjoyed working with the colleagues and the team. The management was not very professional and helpful at times. What was most challenging was not knowing what your job specification is, what is really expected of you and the targets being constantly raised thus compromising the quality. Customer service is my passion, in and out of work hence I did not really enjoy working for a company with customers but not servicing them properly.

Pros: Great as a stepping stone to greater opportunities
Cons: Customer service and staff morale too low.

Hard working person

Doing customer service to customers and capturing information, I'm having a good relationship with my employees as long you meet the target service level. I've learn the most how to treat customers with respect.

Busy environment, need to be proactive, target driven, no growth. Working in a call centre can be very difficult, stressful and a total nightmare I'm speaking of experience. However once you have an employer that rewards and recognize your potential and growth or even your worth to the company it should not be that bad to work and call centre. When having to work such long hours away from your family it becomes too much to deal with. I've been an agent for almost 4 years and I've been declined for other positions so growth and stability will never happen for me at this company. What i do enjoy most is helping my customers and colleagues I also enjoy when a customer is happy that Makes my day. I get along very well with co workers.

Growth

I love growing as an individual and doing what I am employed for, I love challenges and working hard. I like to be challenged by an employer and learning more things from other departments as well for a better tomorrow.working with different people and serving different customers is my inspiration. Having something new to do everyday with a lot of help.
