Socialising,team work.
Receiving calls from customiers acollecting thechrrent due amount .i enjoy working with people it help us to have more ideas on how to handle the customer i have learnt to be patient to focus.the most challenging aspects is ehen we being asked the reason to call all to find out that some customers are up to date.

Good learning and customer experience
Its tough working there as your worth is not always being recognised even though many of us go the extra mile, no appreciation is shown. Working with a team like that means a lot but at the end of the day your salary doesn't increase much. Iv had great fun working there so many years but there's no growth.

Nice company to work for. They have their employees wellbeing at heart
I enjoy working at Homechoice. There is lots of movement in the company, making it a busy payroll. They also opening alot more stores. I've learned that it's imperative to liaise with manager's of departments frequently in order to ensure a timeous accurate payroll. Relationship with coworkers is important. It's good work ethic for coworkers to help and support each other, stand in for each other when necessary. I take my oath of confidentiality very seriously. I understand that I am working with people's bread and butter and take pride in an accurate and timeous payroll. My passion is payroll, I have been doing it for 23+ years.

Excellent
Coaching and Training for new staff, Fraud Analysis, 2IC in my team, assisting with the imports and exports of the various products sold online, assisting customers with opening of accounts, statements, refunds, exchanges orders, Collating stats on a daily basis and presenting to senior management. Managing staff attendance and time management. Implementing policies and procedures. Auditing calls. Handling clients on a more senior level and dealing with escalated complaints. Chairing and initiating disciplinary hearings.

Challenging environment. there is room to grow.
extremely busy. the processes are not always followed which leads to many back and fourths. its basically survival of the fittest at this point because the workload is so much. Co workers are good. i enjoy the work i do, when i am able to do it.

My Work place & second home
We're four star hotel that has 38 rooms & two restaurants, so I work between the two & Roomservice, we're a team & we always help each other the aim is to keep the guest happy ,we also have long stays & regular guest that we already know by name, we always love to come to work cause we laugh together & joke around alot but all work gets done on time on trip advisor were number 37 & have alot or great reviews as we deliver outstanding service and our guests are always happy & love coming back to their second home they become like family & were also one big family
Pros: You get to meet new guest everyday & get to make alot of tips, you also have room to grow in the industry & get promoted depending on how you willing to push yourself as a person but it really pays off at the end of the day
Cons: Long working hours it's not the normal 9/5job or office hours, you work on public holidays &weekands &your on your feet all day
