Busy environment, need to be proactive, target driven, no growth. Working in a call centre can be very difficult, stressful and a total nightmare I'm speaking of experience. However once you have an employer that rewards and recognize your potential and growth or even your worth to the company it should not be that bad to work and call centre. When having to work such long hours away from your family it becomes too much to deal with. I've been an agent for almost 4 years and I've been declined for other positions so growth and stability will never happen for me at this company. What i do enjoy most is helping my customers and colleagues I also enjoy when a customer is happy that Makes my day. I get along very well with co workers.

Growth

I love growing as an individual and doing what I am employed for, I love challenges and working hard. I like to be challenged by an employer and learning more things from other departments as well for a better tomorrow.working with different people and serving different customers is my inspiration. Having something new to do everyday with a lot of help.

Excellent customer services agent

We have some days whereby we will compete in an hourly performance per person or per team,where we will win whatever at stakes,when converting queries to sales I always have a strong relationship with my colleagues management wherever I have worked.. I learnt to understand that poor communication,information and training are the key to any business Everything man,but I can't think of any specific thing I enjoyed The most challenging part of this industry its when you have to keep a difficult customer to the business,where the manager is not around so your supervisor as wells

Excellent learning experience

I love working with people that is why most of the day I am busy not only focusing on my job but also assisting other departments like collections and returns, doing stock counts I am one person who loves knowing everything if I don't have any work I shadow my manager and not only be limited to my job description. At work it gets very from Fridays customers collect their parcels or return, billing enquiries or make payments so the pressure became too much yet at the same time we need to make sales or activation outside

Pros: I am expecting a promotion

Excellent curve

I have learnt so much and I have grown, gained so much experience, the working inviroment , you get to learn at lot how the business operate. And the company is growing fast , the company it self has been doing well for the past few years now listed under JSE . We are all dedicated employees .

Open to new ideas, new places, new opportunities plus greener pastures

I am a all rounder, helpful, client first, follow ups, cold calling, time management, have the energy the drive, the passion... In sales you need to be a peoples person, same applies with your co-workers, you need to treat them like friends and family because these are the people you'll spend most time with... Customer satisfaction is key, word of mouth works, build a relationship with the people you do business with and integrity... I enjoy traveling, seeing new places, faces and doing new things, advantages of sales is talking to different people daily... The most challenging thing about my job is over coming customer objectives, we need to be a step ahead of the customers...

Pros: Growth, greener pastures a learning curve
Cons: Difficulty waking up e.g going to bed at 2am waking up at 5am

Enthusiastic and energetic

The company I've worked for it was basically on selling the products they have. As an customer service my part was based on taking care of the customer how wanted to buy the product, I had to answer their calls for their orders of what they wanted to buy. Everyone had to be a team player since we had to work as a team and it was an exciting environment, because we all understood each other although we were different race and we had different cultures. I've learnt to be enthusiastic more driven and be committed on what I do. I enjoyed the competition with the other teams and taling care of the customers. Always stay in a fast lane and be always humble towards the customers no matter what.

Good leaning curve

My job is stressful but our management team tries there best to make the work environment fun. Here are lots of challenges but your mind set determines how you handle the situation.we all work well as a team and try our best to motivate each other when we having tough days

Fast learner, well mannered and well presented excellent time keeping

I am a people's person I love helping others, I always put in my utmost best and I'm extremely keen on time keeping I believe in presenting myself and and to always stay motivated I am a target driven person whom like to set goals for myself

Pros: any opportunity is always great cause I'm happy with anything that comes my way

Hard worker, self motivated

What job entails, is to call customers whose account are in arrears, explain to them the importance of paying the account, have good relationship with them by listening pay attebyion to details and give them the best customer service which is important to customers, and hence we focused on bedding and blankets, clothes, household things if the customer is not happy we also explain what process she he must go through.

Pros: Opportunity for growth
Cons: Lunchtime is short
