Remain on being proactive in the IT environment

To whom it may concern, Well working for IBM gives you an opportunity to tackles various elements in IT, whether familiar or not - your client expect you to attend to every single one of their problems while maintaining the ability to talk to them during the process. Once you manage to resolve their issues, the client build a relations and recommends you to their team members. The most important part, we do not know everything but working as a team allow you to breakdown and sort a great wide numbers of issues. I make sure I arrive early and greet my teammates on the floor and give them feedback or suggestions on how to better sort out issues. Everyday it's an opportunity to learn a new way or thing.

Ambitious, Hard worker, Able to handle pressure, Team player, Honest and integrity

Fast learner alway researching

A proactive, hard-working and innovative individual. SQL and C# driven someone, I am always developing applications and learning new technologies to ignite my potential in my career path. I have good communication skills. A team player who works even under pressure to achieve results. A Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP, MCSA-SQL Server 2012/14, MCSA-Windows 2012, MCSE- Private cloud), busy with MCSD (Microsoft Certified Solution Developer) and BI (Business Intelligence) exams to complete my qualifications on skills and knowledge I have on development.

Lots to learn but hard to grow in position

Only care about the bottom line and forget about clients at long term projects. Don't give credit where it's due until consultant is going to leave.

IBM is not a good payer and doesn't give employees income increase every year even the bonuses are very low.i want a new job because I'm not satisfied

Learnt alot

learnt to work under pressure and lots of learning opportunities should you take them. One of the few companies willing to take in graduates. This is a good opportunity to break into the work place and proof yourself. Not great for long term career.

For more than 8 years I remain on contract. There was no hope to advance . It was done by connection and to be review for promotion you shoukd be permanant. And to be permànant it was by collor of your skin or be a friend with managet.
