Excellent cooperation and support
I have the ability to work with emotions I can turn a bad mood into a good mood no matter the situation. I believe that i can always try but if I'm not trying to make a difference then better give in all that i have to make a change. When working with others we should adjust to thier level to make them feel that you're supportive and not competing with them .a work environment has a fair share of opportunities for all so lending a helping hand always makes a difference. I also believe that others opinions and ideas matter ,team work is important.

Brilliant learning experience.
Working for Ignition has grown me to be a responsible and devoted person, not only at work but in the outside world as well. I work very closely with management and have gained a lot of experience from them with regards to managing my team. Ignition has excellent working conditions and dynamic staff. There is always room for growth. We do our in a lot of over time to get the job done. Salary is the only aspect for improvement.
Pros: There is room for growth
Cons: 2 days a week for late shift.

Working at Ignition it's been good experience meeting new people,and learning new things in the line of work such as the sale experience I got it from the . when I came there I only had customer service and collection experience but now I also have sales

Exciting enviroment money hungry adventures good earning potential
IT was a normal workn day nt much excitement or vibe abot unprofessional i had a good relationship wid my co workers ad loads of fun with them we never had a team buildn so not much fun.sales enviroment thought me how to adapt to change n give it my all n o my most exciting day was, pay day

Excelent learning curve
the company has a grate atmospher but for growth i feel as if i need to venture into a different company to get more knowledge and a wide specrum of the contact center industry

My experiences
This is a call centre environment, it's crowded and noisy lots of calls on daily basis. We have to work late hours on a Monday and Friday we work weekends including Sundays. There is no social time or family time on weekends. What I have learnt is how the call centre works from a customer care side so I understand how it is. Challenges are the working hours nothing else.

I am learning so much about dealing with different types and levels of customers
My wok starts at the right time of the day .I start my work relaxed .I relate very well with my colleagues we joke around when necessary. I have learnt so much about dealing with customers and to get sales from them. I enjoy it when it time for our performance announcement it encourages to see how one has done so far.The challenging is when loosing the sale because of the amount of the product .
Pros: great orppotunity for being permanent
Cons: i work very long hours of the day and in such a way that by the time I finish work the availability of transport is challenging I have to pay extra money to organise a special transport home and we also work alternate weekends.

Avery innovative and dynamic place
Whilst working at Ignition I have developed my sales acccumen as well as my knowledge about the contact centre enviroment . The company has an excelle t success .and they are constantly working on improving their efficiencies. They do value people who they believe is critical to their business and ensuring the vision of the company is met .Whilst there are positives there are also some negatives . In terms process there is little consistency or standardisation . Some management can improve on their people skills
