It was a very good environment to work in.

It was a very friendly environment, that was target driven but very supportive of their agents had many incentives running every now and than, relationship with Co workers was more like a family everyone helped each other because it was a team effort really taught me about helping one another achieve team goals in order to achieve individual goals

Excellent in product knowledge

Get to work early and plan towards the day on how to achieve daily targets and how to improve quality within my team...ensure that effective coaching plan to be done daily Think of ways to improve agents mindset example a simple joke or and incentive My joy comes when agents achieve over and above there targets set

Excellent learning curve

Typical day at work except for the hours on alternate days. Most workers are always tired and sometimes negative torwards the job, although they have great communication skills and really friendly. The company taught me self reliance and hard working skills.

I am people' person.work well in group.out going person.I can handle objection. from customs or core worker. polite and professional.work under pressure.finish any task or meet my daily work assigned to me.

Brilliant learning experience.

Working for Ignition has grown me to be a responsible and devoted person, not only at work but in the outside world as well. I work very closely with management and have gained a lot of experience from them with regards to managing my team. Ignition has excellent working conditions and dynamic staff. There is always room for growth. We do our in a lot of over time to get the job done. Salary is the only aspect for improvement.

Cons: 2 days a week for late shift.

Exciting enviroment money hungry adventures good earning potential

IT was a normal workn day nt much excitement or vibe abot unprofessional i had a good relationship wid my co workers ad loads of fun with them we never had a team buildn so not much fun.sales enviroment thought me how to adapt to change n give it my all n o my most exciting day was, pay day

Working at Ignition it's been good experience meeting new people,and learning new things in the line of work such as the sale experience I got it from the . when I came there I only had customer service and collection experience but now I also have sales
