Hard worker

I'm a hard worker wiling to work shifts, holidays and overtime. i can drive my work without been monitored and reach my deadlines. i'm also a team worker. i enjoy working with people who has passion. self-motivated even when the work load is high. cause that's how i am. what i've learned is the more you enjoy your work more than money and be willing to learn more the more you grow. I feeling good when i've help another person as it also helps me to improve my skills.

Excellent Working Company

This is a good company with lots of potentials to grow. The working is humble staff are friendly and hardworking. The company has an excellent learning opportunity, they like to grow there staff. teamwork are excellent at times. Growth at the workplace is slow, they sent you for all the learning courses but to move positions is slow.

Pros: Great learning course structures.
Cons: Growth is slow.

Excellent Leadership exposure

The work itself was a mix of leadership and work exposure. The environment was very professional. The Team spirit and the approachability of Leadership was so encouraging and inspiring.

A good to get experience and grow in a company to a different department,a place where you get to make a new family since spending most of the time at work.

A good company to learn from, though the salary is low

I want new challenges and with a better salary. I want to explore my skills and knowledge and find where my passion is at, I like driving and I know it is my passion, I am determined to gain experience elsewhere and make the best of my life and career.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn more of a retail
Cons: Long working hours with.no overtime

More exposure on the filed

No growth oportunities, but its a great company to start with but i am in a space where i need to grow personaly and career wise i need more exposure iterms where the industry is concerned , i feel there's still more to explore for me in this undustry

I am currently knowledgeable of OHS Act ,implementation, planning organising of safety issues and adhering to legal complince.a proactive individual who has been in the SHE field

Excellent learning curve

It was a good opportunity for me to work for imperial logistics because I started as a driver now I'm able to do transport controller ,admin work ,stock count and even routes planning which I think will open new doors for me. I am reliable ,honest, fast learner individual and very focus on what I'm doing and willing to go an extra mile on my work.

Learning curve

1. Assign calls to relevent department. Resolve calls on the queue as quick as possible. Troubleshoot It devices 2. Team players always available to assist 3. Communnuication skills, Troubleshoot on linux devices 4. Resolving issues first time 5. Working shifts

Cons: Longs shifts less rest
