i work 6 days a week of witch i work shifts as day and night i have learnt basically that to earn u have to work hard but to work hard and have a family looks up

Great opportunities and Corporate culture
My typical work day consists of me making sure all IT equipment the users are working with is operating at 100%. I have a great relationship with all i come in contact with at the office always bringing smiles to those i deal with daily. The aspect of the job i most enjoy will have to be the physical interaction with the users and having a hands on approach with them when it comes to support issues they might have.

njoy what i am doing at my company. I've learnt alot and still learning something new each day. I enjoy the route plannindispatching of trucks. Excellent Working Company
This is a good company with lots of potentials to grow. The working is humble staff are friendly and hardworking. The company has an excellent learning opportunity, they like to grow there staff. teamwork are excellent at times. Growth at the workplace is slow, they sent you for all the learning courses but to move positions is slow.

Hardwork but great learning tactic
Daily admin duties, update revenue of deliveries done for each client. Update tonnages per day and per week for each own fleet truck and added on revenue daily. Diesel and kilometer reading on revenue to update each day for fuel consumption check. Sub contractor to be updated and save under correct sub contractor daily. Make sure revenue is correct and balance. Do sub schedules daily with correct rates for diffrent sub. Reports for the mine. Coal reports of deliveries and return loads if available. Rate sheets for own fleet and sub contractors fleet. Invoicing of all documents. Invoicing of sub fuel. Pull detail SOA weekly to follow up ons customers that have outstanding money on there account. Do daily recon to apply cash to the correct customer account. P/O , RCP and Invoicing of creditors invoices. Done credit notes debt / creditors. Follow up on invoices and statments. Make sure all document are in and correct for payment. Recons.

Well learned and established as an junior level employee in terms of school accreditation
To work for a company like Imperial it's entirely an individual thing 1) one has to love and respect his/her job 2) focus on company and personal growth 3)draw a line between union and company interest 4)it's not always about hours one works but what have you done before knocking off in terms of tasks at hand 5)working with less educated works demands self discipline 6)Lastly , productivity does not necessarily ensure profitability but timing team work do
Pros: Self Job discipline in terms of one's company codes can make you go anywhere
Cons: The opposite of the latter breeds a no where to go in terms of venturing into new fields

Knowlwge, experience and engage with different people and learn new things daily.
Relating with coworkers and making the proction runs smooth.The most challenge was to keeo the relatonshing burning as last person to compile reports make sure the information reaches the destionation in prior to me deadlind every week.

Friendly colleagues always willingly to help and cooperate in team work . ? • Receiving controller (managing day to day activities of receiving, this includes: roll calls, managing bookings schedule for all inbounds, vehicles turnaround times, systematically ensuring receipt is done timeously) • Inventory controller (cycle count, empty bin, stock checks, variances, locked stocks and daily investigations) • Picking office controller (planning of bay allocation, move task management, order management, ship dock reassignment, and ship confirmation)? • Distribution controller (planning and managing the movement of goods in supply chain, selecting and maintaining vehicles in order to keep deliveries on schedule and within established budget, oversee all the aspect of vehicles management, capturing and load loadsheet in the system and printing out invoices.

Fast paced challenging
Lots of opportuniaties great company culture, management is very supportive and involved the benefits are also excellent there is always something new to learn, there are also opportunities to learn or go to school
