Check that all system are working and functional. Report any problems to IT on web and file transfers. Check all help desk call related to FMS and contact contractors to get info. Get time and targets on all jobs relating to help desk calls. Report to our CEO on all matters. Check progress on all new installations. Prepping of equipment for shipping to sites for installation.

Need room to grow
Having worked in the FMCG industry for the past 15 years I have been privileged to have learned and grown from a receptionist to an Executive PA. Over the last 13 years as a PA, I have undergone 6 Managing Director and Executive changes and am competent in adapting to change. I view myself as a vibrant, positive person. My strengths lie in attention to detail, organization skills and communication. I have strong inter-personal skills and enjoy engaging with people at all levels. I work well in a fast paced environment and cope well under pressure

Career growth
i love working with the Risk department, i work well with my colleagues and we have an open door policy that works the best, i have the privilege to work unsupervised that gives me the opportunity to learn and grow as an individual

Good company to work for, opportunities to study and grow yourself.
-Manage day to day activities of BVO's (drivers), ensuring an effective delivery service to all the customers within the agreed delivery schedule received from the customer, promote an effective communication to ensure that the daily scheduling is effective and resolve problems affecting the delivery function. -Relationship with the BVO's (drivers) is outstanding we have mutual respect for each other and understanding. -In my experience as a COC clerk/assistant controller I've learned that the amount of energy to one individual is the same amount of energy you are going to receive, and working with older men than me I have learned how to carry my self worth. -I enjoy interacting with BVO's on a daily basis, from the time the leave the depot to the time they come back from customer sites. -Trips falling behind and which is going to result in a repel effect due to the gantry being offline, BVO's being late, traffic and public protest.

Good
Great company to work for, less chances of growth. Psychologica issues were an great. Senior members were treating junior members with unfair treatments. Company is otherwise amazing to work for, opportunities to learn more things at once’s and delegations was greater.

Looking for better pastures in the Warehouse and Distribution manager
My relationship with co-workers is excellent , and it is always dealt with the highest of respect alwasy. I have learnt the code of conduct and ethics, time management is always very important. I enjoy most is when my tasks is being done 100 percent . The most challenging aspects of the job is time management and is also getting the stocks delivered on time.

Supply chain knowledge and Senior SAP Master Data
I have a 1 year experience of working in the Global Supply Management and Cargo division at South African Airways working as Junior Purchasing Researcher using SAP system. I also have 5 years of working in the Operations department, Inbound, Outbound, Reverse Logistics and now currently working at Ops Support as SAP Support Master Data using SAP ERP and EWM.

Excellent learning curve
I'm using SAP (EWM and ERP) I control the picking, monitor if the right stock is being picked and create a replenishment according to the stock rotation. I do the invoices for the stores after the picking is finished for that particular shipment. GRV the fresh chicken, pick systematically and print the invoices.

Excellent learning experience
My day to day chores include filing sending spread sheets and preparing for trucks coming back from deliveries. My relationship with co workers is open and honest working together towards a common goal which is success and problem solving. The fmcg industry and transport industry is a complex industry but when you have a better understanding through training and on the job experience it makes it worth while and as for challenges you can ask for help and not make hasty decisions.

Hard worker
I'm a hard worker wiling to work shifts, holidays and overtime. i can drive my work without been monitored and reach my deadlines. i'm also a team worker. i enjoy working with people who has passion. self-motivated even when the work load is high. cause that's how i am. what i've learned is the more you enjoy your work more than money and be willing to learn more the more you grow. I feeling good when i've help another person as it also helps me to improve my skills.
