Great growth and exposure to company departments
It was interesting working with persons from a position of high command; you get to experience the work place from a very different perspective and your view point sort of shifts. a typical day would be checking in the morning and checking for any emails that may need urgent actioning then making of follow ups on prior requests made, the most fulfilling part id say is to get positive results on a problem brought up to my table and then have to make that good news call to the personnel concerned and working closely with all organizational departments, you get to learn the differing driving concerns for every department. The most challenging thing would be the ever increasing pressure to deliver on multiple things within a very limited time frame and all equally important.
Pros: Great exposure to all functions of the organization
Cons: taking away your weekends to catch up on tasks

My name is Vunga Blessing Mjweni. I am staying in Durban at Ispingo rail. I am working at Imvula Quality Protection. I have got 8 years working at this company. In that situation I can say the company can trust me because in the companies like Imvula quality people are coming and go easy, we are few have long service in one company. I am always willing to do good things to my work. My experience speaks itself about me. I am always willing to leston and get a way to solve a problems if it comes. Actually I am a supervisor, sometimes you need grow in life by getting new things in life. So even me I want a new challenge now.

Currently working as a senior Easyroster. wish to grow to be a manager one of the days.
I work with different kinds officers day in and out, I have learnt that some people have difficulty in understanding, but I can handle that. I can work underpresure, with or without supervision. the most challenging time is monthend, when some people didn't get their salaries or they were expecting to get more, then I will have to make sure that they are paid correctly or understand that they were paid correctly. I enjoy facing new challenges everyday, that makes me grow.
Pros: i do not mind working extra hours to make sure that my work is up to date, and it gives me time to learn doing new things.
Cons: i do not enjoy to be micro managed, in order to avoid that, i go extra mile to always meet my deadlines.

Excellent in fast learning
Hi, I'm good in a communication skills, what i like to work in my company is to deal with a lot of public relations,different cultures, i have more relationship with our clients to give them the best and the satisfaction at all time. For the day i'm busy doing the check in and arranged the parkings for the guests but the most challenging is when the Guests come and all the rooms a fully booked and i have to make plan and arranged with the owners of the room to make our customers feel happy and their problem to be solved. A typical work day? involves how to balance my analytical and creative sides. also share with a passion . What really attracts me is administration that oversees the general operations of the organization or department. sometimes may include supporting and overseeing teams, Change recurring conflict issues. Identify causes, see positive results I have a great colleague interactions also and it helps to drive a company and contribute to making the work environment a more enjoyable place.,How We help to,provide hands-on learning experiences and a cloud-based support environment can help your company change for the better.What I enjoy the most, My job is my employer's focus on results vs. hours or exact location, of accounts, incidents and operation the more I would like to branch out into the operations side business. The hardest part of my job has nothing to do with the job itself. Its explaining of opinion and game development is the hardest of the lot, due to personality differences and backgrounds
