We working nice we are happy with my co-worker. I learn many things adminstration ,filling,goetab or tracking cars.i enjoy to be with my co- workers because they love me we always happy.The challenge is when the site are nit covered.

Invaluable knowledge and experience
I have twenty years of experience working in the security industry of which 18 years is as a security manager for various international security company service providers with a large staffing compliment. I have invaluable knowledge and experience in the following security fields guarding services, physical security operations, retail security, corporate security, fraud and forensic investigations, risk and loss control prevention management and fleet / facilities management.

I m doing access control at Telkom site sometimes I have to work nights shift at other sites to at least to boost my salary because is no work no pay at my company and I am enjoying to be in charge and

Excellent learning experience
The company is giving all employees an opportunity to expand their skills through internal and external training. I feel more comfortable and confident with what I do, my teammates makes me feel more welcome and I am able to give my opinion possible.

IMvula Quality Protection is a security orientated company. At iMvula I was mostly used as an investigator and later also assisted with the installing of VidioFietd and then I was asked to take over the fleet department. iMvula is a National Company with offices in all Provinces except in North West Provin
Pros: A person gets a company vehicle to preform your duties as per kontract

Moderately good institution for learning for entry level position
TThe company is great for entry level employees who are still seeking for exposure in the HR & Recruitment field. The workload was overwhelming with not sufficient personnel which resulted to working till the evening. The culture was quite discriminatory particular to new employees, people who have been with the constitution longer felt entitled to certain things with partial assistance to new employees.longer felt entitled to certain things with partiallll The ultimately challenging part of the job was having to travel for hours to different provinces for recruitment and return to the office to process everything utilizing the system with minimal assistance. The company thought me so much on working under pressure with minimal supervision. Initiating the entire recruitment process solely, from seeking personnels online or from the ground, initiating interviews, processing relevant documents online, creating physical files, issuing uniforms and PPEs and ensuring rosters are distributed. to new employees.

Logistics Manager
The company i currently work for has no potential for growth. We have been loyal for years and do not reap the benefits that is deserved. The company does not give credit where it is due. It is a good company to work for as the employees are team builders and ensure all hands on deck to ensure all tasks are completed at the end of a business day. Our time frames are always met. My co workers make it lively as we work as a team and we motivate each other. We share our ideas to strengthen each other to ensure the entire team is on the same level. Mostly i enjoy the tasks given to us and we all get together and share ideas as a team and come up with outstanding results. The hours worked is most challenging as it does not allow us any family time.
Pros: An asset to any company that is prepared to give me a chance to prove my capabilities.
Cons: Hours do not matter . Completing tasks matters most.
