Eager to learn and good team worker

Self motivated.good team worker.like excellent learning curve.taking business up the scale is my motive.i have good customer care service,like dealing with typical situation on site and typical different clients and customers.working long hours is security aspects.

Cons: Security sector working hours is twelve hours.

It's for the strongest

Management always makes you feel like they don't need u and you are replaceable. These a lot of nepotism and the only people who are guaranteed their jobs is the owner and his son. If u dont suck up to management you are bound to loose your job.

Pros: Teenagers can get a lot of opportunities and manage to get experience in joining the company
Cons: Long hours and unappreciation from the management

Pros: I've enjoyed working with people that we were giving them services ,and sometimes i wee working overtimes just to uplift my salary
Cons: The pressure that we get from our managers even if there's nothing we get after all,i do my job correctly and other thing is that I'm working nights shifts only.

Pressure Handling experience

Daily Task: 1.Ensure officers are posted at relevant work station for the shift on time. 2.Attending to incoming calls. 3.Recording all incidents that are reported by officers in the system. 4.Monitor different alarms systems.

A typical work day is to report all incident that occurs to client, when you are a manager you don't have to be too close to the co-workers because once you become too close you can not control them or instruct them what to do because you are their friends. I learned not to be to close with employees to avoid collusion, and to keep investigation confidential up until results or outcome reviewed. I enjoy doing investigation because as i attend to differ incidents is the more i learn the most. The most challenges is when employees do not like me because of my straight job i am doing. remember when you are a leader most of the people wont like you more special if you are doing your job properly.

Not bad

I m doing access control at Telkom site sometimes I have to work nights shift at other sites to at least to boost my salary because is no work no pay at my company and I am enjoying to be in charge and

Pros: Maybe I can be a manager or something because I have learned lots of things in this industry
Cons: Yes long hours on duty and night shift plus no work no pay
