Studying in line with credit management
My extensive working experience in these different companies i worked with has tought me tolarets,patience and working under pressure,abilities to fit with different people and with a team Im my current work i'm intrusted with 21 companies where im hand in hand with them and deliver to them in time, with all quiries they have and follows up on thier request in terms of sending invoices in time ,outstanding payments been followed up. all of them are happy to work with me. Which means me leaving my current company will have big impact to them but i trust my fellow team in place will continue to help them well. I enjoy working as a credit controller very much and have high qualification study for diploma in credit management all i have is my experience of six years as a credit controller Never hadbhard time with clients in this job which why i love and willing to take it further to push myself harder, always in the spirit to give my clients all my best that is the reason i never had unsatisfied clients.

Team player, motivated.
I work a 12 hour night shift position in the company.we deal with patients. We offer a service 24/7 there is never a dull moment.we always busy and on the go. I get along with every one I work with and they get along with me . I have learned so much over the years I have worked there.learned how to deal with all different personalities. I enjoy to interact with the people I come into contact with learning new things about them.having a good business relationship with them. I don't remember ever getting a complaint about my service towards them.Most challenging aspects about my job. I haven't really found anything that's to difficult to handle

A typical day at work includes logging patients details on the system, receiving the information and shipping the relevant samples. Relationships with my colleagues are more work related than anything else. I learn new things every other day and how to do things differently than i normaly would. I enjoy the learning process the most. The most challenging aspect is getting used to the long hours infront of the computer screen and being precise, accurate and fast at the same time.

Excellent customer interaction
Hectically busy,learn something new everyday,awesome people I work with despite the language barrier, challenges of the job is having to multi task around everything so that results can get out to the clients on time without any hiccups, so working at a fast but yet accurately at the sametime and we all humans so mistakes are bound to happen but being able to pick up the mistakes before it effects results and the relationship with the client

Diligent Working plan
I ran the day to day operation of the department.The day starts with the strategic planning where i outline what is ahead for the day and allocate differrent tasks to staff. At 14h00 we assemble for review to check if all the tasks he been completed and map out way forward I have a good working relationship with staff and co workers I enjoy the challenges that come with the Job. The most challenging aspect is the urgency in my work environment.This is a pathology environment where Pathologists are urgently awaiting for the output with the output being results for tests conducted at the Labs.The Labs wont fuction properly if certain steps in the warehouse are actioned with caution

Cons: No long hours we work a 8 hour shift even though the environment operates 24hours so every task has to be completed with 8hoirs

Personal Growth
Learning how to effectively work with a variety of employees and managers. Working with individuals from a variety of different backgrounds, generations, tenure within the company, etc. Taking the time to listen and consciously observe others paying close attention to preferred communication styles, personality types, etc.. trying my best to approach every situation as a learning opportunity and value the unique differences while always remaining respectful. When starting a new position I could encounter a number of challenges. A normal challenge would be the learning curve. So, having to get acclimated to new people, supervisor, processes, systems, environment and in learning the business/product. In my opinion, I believe the greatest challenge following that would be in understanding the unique needs of your customer and how you can effectively meet their needs. I would say flexibility is the key and always keep an open mind for learning.
