Good learning and listening skills, always willing to learn new things,
I am a young highly motivated individual whom always thrives to get positive outcome of any situation I find myself in. I have a positive attitude which makes me see positivity where some might have given up. I am time cautious and well focused therefore have leant to plan my things so I don't find myself stranded. Working in a laboratory has given me knowledge of the meditech systems and taught me to deal with different individuals of different backgrounds. This had taught me to be a hood listener and therefore being able to come up with quick solutions of positive outcome whenever a challenge comes up.

Great learning environment
Lancet has offered me an opportunity to grow in a different field. I work in a friendly environment where there is always someone to help you or to lead ypu in the correct direction.

To always do things right fist time.
I stated working as a qualified medical technologist in 2009 at Sebokeng NHLS, then I was transfered to Tambourine Memorial NHLS where I work as chemistry supervisor and got back to sebokeng NHLS. After three years with NHLS I went to join Ampath laboratories where I worked as a senior technologist another three years, I spent most of my time working night shift at the company. In 2016 I joined lancet which is my current employer and I became a lab manager at Sebokeng lancet. Being a lab manager has taught me how to deal with customers and to handle pressure in a a positive way.

An excellent place to start working
Working at Lancet stores was the best ever, the staff are super friendly, we all become family and we never had serious quarrels. The working enviroment is super super awesome.

Greetings dear employer I am a slow to speak, quick to listen and slow to anger kind of employee, I am precise in all functions and strive on experience on what works in Harmony in order for the job to be completed accurately. I am sympathetic and empathetic in thus saying I understand there is a fine line inbetween organizational protocols which cannot be compromised and have been put in place for a vast amount of reasons. At the end of it all I look at myself as if I was the owner of the company, how would I want my employee to perform and therefore work at the best of my ability in every task performed. Team player, motivated.
I work a 12 hour night shift position in the company.we deal with patients. We offer a service 24/7 there is never a dull moment.we always busy and on the go. I get along with every one I work with and they get along with me . I have learned so much over the years I have worked there.learned how to deal with all different personalities. I enjoy to interact with the people I come into contact with learning new things about them.having a good business relationship with them. I don't remember ever getting a complaint about my service towards them.Most challenging aspects about my job. I haven't really found anything that's to difficult to handle

Its a good stepping stone to learn
Im a hard worker. Im fun to work with but also driven to succeed. You can learn so much at lancet. They give you endless training to succeed. I have been there for two years and im in line for a supervisor role. I am now able to train others in our line of work.

My topical day at Lancet Laboratories
To work at Lancet is not every day the same. You learn every day something new at Lancet. The people who I'm working with are very helpful. It is important that you must be able to work hard and make sure you do not miss out on tests that are requested. Read your forms and be accurate on what you type. My coworkers will ask me to help them with the work and I am always willing to help out if needed. To be busy at the work is good for the company. The most challenging for me is to work with people who are willing to work hard and be themselves. I am confident, self-motivated, trustworthy individual with over 14 years of administrative, 4 years of secretarial and 3 years of managerial experience in the health as well as accounting industry. Experience in switchboard, appointment bookings, typing, cashiering, accounting, banking, budgets and people management. Commissioner of oaths, Complete Sage Pastel Partner Practitioner Course V14.

Benefits are decent
Very challenging and fast paced. Have to have high attention to detail. Workings hours are not very good, no social life. Have to always be on the ball, you working with people's lives. I wouldn't say the salary is good but its decent. No bonuses however an increment is given every year , never the same though.
