Great work environment.
The work environment is great, there is room to make money, but very little room for growth. If you are an advisor, chances of you being an advisor forever are high, but the chances of making good money is there

Great working environment with friendly experienced staff members.
great working environment with friendly experienced staff members. Kind manager who always pushes us to do more. typical day includes processing claims and dealing with client queries. the most challenging part of the job are the different client personalities you get to deal with; but resolving their issues always brings me great satisfaction.
Pros: great working benefits (medical aid, leave days, bonus)
Cons: workplace has more mature employees (mostly aged 40 years and above)

Team Member and task delivery driven
I create positive working relationships with team members, peers & managers both within and outside of our organisation or business unit I promote collaboration and cross functional sharing and integration among team members and colleagues. I work hard to intimately understand my customers, organisation & team needs and use that knowledge to improve solutions and services I use all my interactions as opportunity to meet or exceed customer expectations.

Good learning experience
Liberty is a good company and have very good experienced people working in it. Only problem is that there are no equal opportunities for employees and no fairness when it comes to developing and salary earnings as an employee. I've worked there for over 10 years with no promotion and not receiving any salary adjustment even with new role and responsibilities. I feel that the management is baise and unfairly treats staff. I love my job and the fact that I get to work and help people on a daily bases.

Pros: Hoping for something that is more challenging, and great as well for me to expand my expectise.

Excellent Company to work for. Always challenges and Great teamwork amongst staff.
The typical workday will be to check in with Team on wellbeing and then go into the team report on BAU and Project. Briefing the team on What is expected. Have a great relationship with a great Team that consists out of Cisco Engineers, Contractors. I Learned that Team Collaboration and Collaboration across teams are key to ensure that everybody works towards the same goals and by adopting the Agile methodology teams function better and are focused. What I enjoy the most is when the team celebrates their success together and the support that they give each other. The most challenging aspect I must say was when we had to work through the nights during the Cyber-attack.
