.It has its ups and downs working for an insurance company its not for the faint hearted, you need to have a thick skin and know what drives you to achieve your or reach your target, i have an excellent relationship with my manager and co workers. I enjoy the money. I've learnt how to interact with people

Daily base tasks
On a daily base I Supvisor 12 Advisors and make calls to them update them via whatsapp on their issuesed cases, submitted cases, clients assist joint call with advisor. See to client enquiry at the Branch office when needed for management intervision, branch administration, co-ordinator spreadsheet and interview process for new candidates or placements. Join Microsoft Teams Meeting 2 to 3 a day for workshop, Business Update, Compliance and COVID-19 awareness etc.
Pros: To be a Regional Head
Cons: Hours are long as I have to multi tasks 3 positions from where I am base (Co-ordinator, Sales Manager, Branch management duties).

Great learning experience
Assisting walk in clients with product selection. servicing and maintaining policies. following up on queries and claims. I have learnt a great deal, has contributed enormously to my confidence. has equipped me with the skills that will help me flourish in any field. have enjoyed the unpredictability the job has come with. have learnt to be adaptable and flexible.

Well adjusted and quick learner.
I am driven, focused and motivated. I work well independently as well as in a team. I love working with people as I find that I enjoy motivating others by example. In all that I do, I always aim to help others along the way. I feel that I would be an asset to your company in that I am honest, reliable, and hardworking and can cope well under stress. I am innovative and I have a positive outlook on life.

Excellent learning curve
My experience with Liberty life was amazing and great learning curve. Due to salary I had to leave Liberty life. I would go back and work there because I had a great relationship with my co-workers and my employer. The most challenging part was helding calls. I have learnt about the different life, educational and investment policy that the company offered.
