I enjoy learning new things.
Good Day I am an enthusiatic and vibrant young lady who likes a challange. I am currently working in the assignment and and examinations department and i do enjoy the field. I see everyday as a learning opportunity. I enjoy working with people, currently we are a team of 10 people that conducts the assignment and exam run as well as workshops. I am a team orientatated person and enjoy doing team work and helping each other. The most challanging part of the job i do is when we actually have to meet the deadlines which is not a problem if everybody contributes efforts and works together.

Good experience
It's a great place to learn and grow, the management team are willing and open to ideas however there some unfairness that comes about, and you may not always be valued for your efforts

I find interest in the position
I work for the Management college of Southern Africa. I currently seek better perks, for three years i have had a wonderful experience and had the opportunity to work with understanding and cooperative people. A typical work day is basic administration and always striving to assist our students best at hand. I have gained alot of knowledge that i can apply in the future. I enjoyed the teamwork because this is where we actually get to learn about other people, their culture and ways. The most challanging part of the job is when we have to meet the deadlines, and for me that is most important.

Great company to work for.
I managed a team of individuals where we dealt with student /customer queries daily. Worked closely and very well with colleagues. Team is vitally important no one man show. The respect we had for each other. Students were lazy to check submission dates so we had to check on their behalf.

Work Related Duties
On a typical working day I conduct lectures in Economics , Marketing and Purchasing Management Reviewing modules in Economics for undergraduate studies Setting examinations in both macro and microeconomics. Setting online assessment tasks in the fields of marketing and economics for undergaraduate students. Marking assignments and examinations. Conduct workshops which are face to face to partime students. As a university institution I meet and work with a variety of staff from different departments on a daily basis. This enables me to know almost all the staff. I enjoy integrating with my colleagues as this at times help knitt the relations well. I enjoy working with graphs and figures. Researching for new issues in the market is something I do on a daily basis on internet and in magazines. The most challenging aspect of my job is to mark. When it is end of year pressure piles up and one has to work even throughout the night.

Great experience this far
This is a great opportunity for experience. You do more than just the job you are hired for, an individual would handle 3 or more responsibilities outside their job description. Which is good for experience and exposure. Working Monday to Monday. No benefits at all whatsoever, only your salary,tax and UIF. Employees are being underpaid, I am sales consultant/Student advisor...we advise and guide students through career guidance. Yet our own company fail to provide education to its employees (in terms of bursaries). We can not even afford to pay ourselves since we are underpaid. How does one advise MBA students while he or she does not have even a degree? This is not a complain, I just believe there's something better or or Management can choose to do things differently only if they are willing. I love Consulting, I love education...its just so sad that you can guide other people and fail to afford it while you work with it every single day.

Excellent learning curve
It is a fast moving , constantly challenging environment. There is a diversity of cultures but the atmosphere is warm and friendly. Management is very supportive to the staff. The building is comfortable, modern and was done with the comfort of the staff in mind. The work week is full of cold calling, client visits, corporate functions and events and student support. There is never a dull moment.

Excellent in Learnig
Good relationship within the workplace Willing to learn something new, eg new system People need to enjoy the work environment to perform better The most challenging thing is the student calling us teaching to their queries and sometimes the query need to be escalated to other departments or to academics. We responding to their queries using emailing system and telephone call system. We are working for 8 hours per day and overtime
