It was very nice working for Macosa, and I gained a lot of knowledge, people were great to work with especially the IT team, we worked every 2nd weekend, at times it could get very demanding especially when students call in with an issue, Mancosa is a distant learning university

Excellent Learning curve
My relationship with Co-workers has grown to a good friendship. I we work well as a team. What I enjoy the most is the presentations, workshops and be Up to date with the capturing of marks of the assignments of the students.
Pros: Great opportunity to study

Demotivated staff
Staff resign on a daily basis. The environment is extremely stressful and unfriendly in certain departments. Staff are treated as worthless. The salary is minimum if u are admin staff. And unfairly based. There are no perks given for staff. No medical aid or pension fund.
Pros: Bursaries are handed to certain staff members
Cons: Bad management. Unrealistic deadlines. Coercive authority

Excellent kickstart to my career
MANCOSA has been a great platform for me to gain corporate knowledge and a great kickstart to my career. I was able to learn a lot about my field and also about myself.

Excellent learning and initiatives curve toward solving problems
I have learnt to be modest and kind to all and understand different aspects of a working environment To manage and control a reception as if it was my own to follow my employers instructions and work hard to make the target I enjoyed communicating with people and attending to queries Even though it was a stress ful environment I made a solution to every area and formulated a good challenge that could allow me to express my talents

Great company to work for.
I managed a team of individuals where we dealt with student /customer queries daily. Worked closely and very well with colleagues. Team is vitally important no one man show. The respect we had for each other. Students were lazy to check submission dates so we had to check on their behalf.

academic job,there are no possibility of growth.This is a Muslim institution. hierarchy Include things like: - A typical work day - Your relationship with co-workers - What you have learnt - What you enjoy most - The most challenging aspects of the job Do not include any personal information such as names etc..

Excellent learning curve
Worked on CRM systems Learned a lot in 9 months Worked on leads ofrom the system, social media and emais Reached 50% of tagert with 6 months during the difficult time of the world COVID with the system I never worked on before
