Enjoyable working conditions and friendly staff

Mancosa is good company to work for, staff and management is friendly. I've gained so much experience and knowledge. I enjoy working with my colleagues they are like family to me.

Excellent learning curve. Received a lot of experience.

Experience is good. Good for exposure. The company is huge so u get to interact with a lot of colleagues in different regions. We get to travel to different regions to conduct training and conduct examinations. e

Customer service

The customer service department within the education industry is highly demanding . The division.deals with query and complaint resolution, registration.assistance and academic query assistance. Its a good environment to learn about the institution as the nature of queries do not pertain to one aspect of the business. This environment is also very stressful with little room for flexibility.The benefit though is the satisfaction that comes from knowing that you are assisting somebody

Friendly working environment, double check always

The working environment and the staff is very friendly we are more like a family. The reason for me looking for another job is for personal growth We don’t work all weekend’s so we have a balanced life.

Challenges with daily deadlines and being accurate.

Challenges is what I enjoy, while being part of my company. There are daily tasks to be met as well as being accurate. There is diversity and alot of encouragement. I work well with my colleagues and maintain a professional and mature character. Personally I have learnt alot about working around different people. I also learnt alot more about finance and deadlines. I love what I do , but look for more exposure and ways to better myself personally and within the company. I like that I have a set of tasks to do daily, so I know I have things in order and my deadlines are met. I am able to keep track of payments and emails that need my attention. There is work and life balance and.i don't mind giving my time when the company needs it, eg month end. .................................................................................................................................................................................

Excellent learning curve on how to Dispatch operates

Moving from legal collection to currently doing dispatch for Mancosa has been a great deal of a change in my experience. I enjoy working for the company as I have gained a great deal of experience in dispatch. I have a great relationship with my colleagues as I learned how each sales consultant build relationships with each student and how it's handed over to me to continue building that relationship with the students. I learned that I enjoy doing dispatch and want to continue within this field, even if it is a stressful industry and target driven. Everyday my challenge was to dispatch all the registered students study materials and ensuring it was the correct material as per registration and submitting daily reports to Management..

Cons: Long working hours. Worked 7 days a week

They're still trying to upgrade and fix employees salaries

they are so many things that needs to be done..the way they lack diversity it is a shame. but the funny thing is they always provide training for it.

Exellent learning experience

I am currently employed as a full time Academic Administrator for the Management College of Southern Africa. My duties are general administration which is emails, telephone calls assisting the students with assignment and examination results, running workshops which is basically assisting lecturers with material etc.

Pros: Good Opportunity
Cons: Long Hours
