Excellent learning curve

Working long hours with a monimim wage,shortagr of staggg for a long prriod.management are boses onstead of leaders and dont recognise hard work.of time that leads to over stretchomg of stuff

Excellent job learning

I like working at mass mart but I longer feel challenge d ,respecting one other made us to work strive for excellent. My relationship with my co workers was very good .the was no challenge cause it was my daily routine

Forwarding Controller will be the next step for me.

Well at Massmart a days job is demanding especially on Pick months like June to December, nothing I will say I enjoy most, it's just work, the company is fine with sometimes procedures that don't make sense to me, My co-workers are deferent some are cool some have their issues, the most challenging aspect of my job is signing off Builders cost estimates because I have to add item numbers and barcodes sometimes and we have a sun down rule so I have to finish the days job at that particular day.

Learning curve

Tgey dontallow us to help with customer interaction and there is no team building activities The management changes all the time and mostly not even qualified for the position given to them. Team is constantly undermined when sharing ideas for growth and customer service

Good career path

I enjoy working at game store because almost everyday I came across customer and challenges,but at ts end of the day I grow cause I learn and in our store we believe in team work and together as one we we always win. I enjoy seeing my customers leaving the store with the smile on their face.

Good learning opportunity

The company has lots of politics. Management makes loads of promises that they don't keep.The company is going through extreme changes which may change the work environment.
