Personal Development
My company is evolving into change on the current - we work in a socially ethical environment - i love where i work - we work have fun relationships- and i have learnt that building relationships will assist with work. I really enjoy assisting employees and giving them a smooth direction to resolve any queries. there are too many functions with paper and we are working towards a paperless environment- however this is not going as planned due to IT applications.

Managing the distribution network so as to ensure an effecient and cost effective service.
theei need to ensure that on a daily basis we have the right number of trucks that are needed so as to supply all the stores nationally with the stock that is needed.I also need to ensure that we source cost effective service providers so as to drive savings within the network.

I am very proficient in all Microsoft packages such as Excel spreadsheet, formulas, specifically pivot tables as well as Power Point as well as SAP CRM and BW Portal. Collating and compiling reports, analyzing data and giving in-depth feedback efficiently. In addition to the tasks on my portfolio, I currently perform all PA duties to the Sales Executive. Duties •Answering of calls ,calls tranfer and screening •Booking meetings •Writing reports •Keeping the whole reception in good conditions •Welcoming visitors Relationship with co workers The relationship we had was a very good one . We knew who to keep good relationship and produce good work. I have learn a lot in working under pressure and controlling my work. Knowing how to work with deadline in a fast moving environment. I enjoy leaning new things every time because it keeps one challenged everytime . The most challenging aspect is working with different people everyday and understanding each one of them.
