Always giving my best and making sure daily productivity is met
Its a very challenging environment because in a daily basis I have to monitor 15 agents make sure and check their daily productivity and making sure the enviriomant is conducive
Pros: there is no opportunity for growth

I am an IT Technician dealing with IT problems everyday
I am an honest and hardworking individual, I believe in doing things first time right so that i cannot waste time on one thing. I have attached my CV and available if you need further information in regards with my application. I am humble person, and with the level of my experience i believe i can fit in very well in your company as I am also looking for the challenge elsewhere and a chance to grow as well as there are slim chances of growth in our company

Calling debtors for outstanding account setting up payment arrangements for paying outstanding accounts. Give debtor education about paying the accounts how important it is to pay the accounts and the disadvantages of not paying outstanding account how the account will increase if the account is not been paid.

No matter what happens,stay true to yourself.
I love interacting with people,I am a positive team player, self motivated, assertive. I have good communication and negotiation skills. My work environment is full of young and vibrant people. I have my daily targets eg talk time,matters,ptp and average rand value.I love and respect my job and my co-workers.The most challenging aspect of my job is when I rail debtors and don't get hold of them,maybe voicemail,ring no answer or they hang up and I have hourly and daily targets. I can work under stressful environment and pressure. I have learnt to be calm all the time,no matter what the situation.when I meet and exceed my targets I win hampers and vouchers.
Pros: Skills and experience.
Cons: Late shift has few hours,however MBD doesn't have night shift allowance or transport, sometimes I walk alone to the taxi rank

Learning curve
I work for Mbd for one year and my contract ended . the position that I held was collection agent and incoming calls. We collected and did inquiries also . I tored us how to deal with angry clients and how to give best customer service . my skills are to give best customer service . they though us how to show emphathy to clients .I enjoy working at Mbd because the colleagues are helpful and we assist each other with work . the most challenging thing is when you assist a difficult client , but staying calm and listen helps so that u can solve the problem . I enjoy working with many people so that I can learn about different cultures . I would like to work in a incoming call centre because are love assisting callers .

Great skills development.
It is a vibrant place to work in. Lots of people so you learn a lot of different cultures and develop a spirit of ubuntu at the same time because every person comes with their own personality and values. I've been able to learn a lot about sharing space with others and to learn tolerance.

It's very challenging but because I'm very passionate and my strength is to coach and guide
N a daily basis I manage 15 team members and I always make everyone is at woak on time. To give expected on the day and give feedback to my manager hourly and make sure the environment is conducive and is everyone productive because I drive excellence ..it is my duty that everyone enjoy what his doing due to motivation of staff and have one on one sessions.

Excellent worker
i work hard everyday as I am dedicated to my job and believe in doing what I know best, even my colleagues likes me because of the way I assist them when in need. I always try my utmost best to make sure the company does well in terms of productivity
