Good times

A typical day will be me making and receiving calls, target driven, very challenging environment, colleagues are amazing, I learnt to be competitive and innovative, I enjoyed talking to different people daily, hearing different stories, the most challenging aspect for me was reaching targets, which I have done brilliantly,

Excellent learning curve

The company has great benefits that allow one to grow your skills set . The Is less opportunity for a promotion and the reporting structure is poor. Leadership needs improvement a lot.

I have took away a lesson from each curb

I handling all dealing with correspondence I do invoicing I draft I collect I'm a pa to my manager I deal with all bank queries legal complaints. Very easy to get along with enjoy working with a team. Very very self motivated. And hard working not afraid to learn something new. Always willing assist staff members. And I love doing what I do. I attend to ombudsmans and hello Peter complication. I deal with attorneys on a day to day basis. I work with different teams. I have a team of 10 who are doing great. I deal with refunds and direct work for my SNR Manger. I love working with a team. MBD is a good company they good to they staff but I know there's more out. And id like to share what I know and willing to learn as well.

Excellent

I am doing collection on outstanding account which are handed over on a legal department, update debtor about there account, sell settlements, offer discount if necessary.

I am a hard worker

I I am a person who is able to work as a team and work alone. I am computer literate I work with people very well. I have a good track of record of what ever I do. I have a good communication skills verbal and non verbal communication.

It's very challenging but because I'm very passionate and my strength is to coach and guide

N a daily basis I manage 15 team members and I always make everyone is at woak on time. To give expected on the day and give feedback to my manager hourly and make sure the environment is conducive and is everyone productive because I drive excellence ..it is my duty that everyone enjoy what his doing due to motivation of staff and have one on one sessions.

Excellent worker

i work hard everyday as I am dedicated to my job and believe in doing what I know best, even my colleagues likes me because of the way I assist them when in need. I always try my utmost best to make sure the company does well in terms of productivity

Excellent learning curve

It has been such a great experiece and i have learnt so much. A day with my co-workers is always a day of hardwork and determination. We have our laughter a fun but we always focus on our work to. The most challenges would be meeting your targets on some days but with putting in the extra hour one always recovers. The on thing i enjoy the most at my job is doing my job.

N4 good negotiations skills

I am a young vibrant youth that is ready for work and in a workplace environment I am willingly able to work standard hours and flexible hours have a good communication skills and always looking for new knowledge and opportunities that may occur in the business environment i have learnt how to work as a team and how to work efficiently under pressure and learnt to adapt quickly in sharing good relations with coworkers and my customers insuring a great balance between both parties.I injoy most an industry that is active positive and always insures its clients and employees are its common assets and comes first in this case a happy client brings in more work and more work brings in more productivity.
