Not many opportunities of learning

A typical day at work is when I get a difficult client who does not understand how the company works. I have a good relationship with my colleagues because we help each other. I have learnt that team work is important . at work I enjoy the team work that we have. The difficult aspect is dealing with a client who does not want to understand the terms and conditions of the company.

Please concider my application thanks very much

I am writing to apply for the Call Center Representative position, I possess three years of call center experience with increasing responsibility and enjoy the fast-paced ever-changing environment tremendously. As a Call Center Representative, I receive daily calls from customers and work to assist them with their technical or service related issues. I am organized and pay great attention to detail. My positive demeanor and friendly phone voice help to put customers at ease and to calm frustrated or agitated callers. I think well on my feet and am a natural problem solver. My interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly have served me well as a Call Center Representative. Previous supervisors have praised my professionalism and I have earned promotions and for my work. I know I am capable of bringing that same dedication to customer satisfaction as a Call Center Representative.

Enthusiastic worker

I am a very hard working and willing to work an extra mile.I am also able to interact with various pupil in various department as i am a very good team player.I have also learned that listening is a very good skill that can make u achieve more than what u know or think you may know.At most times i enjoy working and helping my co-workers as that might bring out the best achievement an result as a team.The most challenging aspect in a job is working with customers that are very difficult and want hings to be done their way.

Great experience gained

MBD is great company to work for, on daily basis the main focus is always about having fun while reaching your targets and pushing for more to get incentives and win what is up for grabs as we have different criterias everyday. I am a very talkative, fun person that always make everybody laugh around me and also motivate others as we always work as a Team to beat our competitors. I have learnt alot from MBD like how to manage time and be able to work under pressure, being firm, professional and assertive with customers as I was a softy before. I enjoy being at work everyday because the team that I am working with has become a family as we have been working together for over two years now and I enjoy the great moments we share in the business celebrating each one's success. At times it is challenging due to the pressure that we work under as to reaching the targets, push for first place on the panel of our competitors(other companies) month to month in terms of rankings.

Great experience

2 and half yrs with the company and so far its been my home.Lots of colleagues and amazing managers that made us feel at home when I relocated from Polokwane.Targets and pressure always keep you hard at work and focused.That taught me to always go extra mile like work flexy and come in even on public holidays so you always ahead of your standards.I love talking to nice,harsh and angry debtors on the phone helping them with their accounts.The challenge is when you cant get hold of debtors due to contact change or number no longer in use.

I am a hard worker and a team player who delivers as requested

I am a 25 year old male, a hard worker, great team player and a very dedicated to doing the best of my ability to be successful. Passion is what drives me and delivery is part of my game within the duties and task that I’m given to take part in, I perform all my given tasks and duties to the peak of my level with great and positive attitude. My result in all given opportunities for me to show my skills, competencies and capabilities. What I lack in experience I will make up for through hard work I am very talented and assertive, young, full of life, vibrant and an initiator with a very great creative spark.

Excellent

I have been engaged in a team work and Am deadline driven. My relationship with co workers is very good and also with my peers. Challenging part is when my queries are not resolved Have gained musiver experience in finance and have showed potentially in other sections of finance.

I have been given an opportunity to learn

The company has great potential to grow and improve its market base. The culture has not fully defined due to a high turnover in the key departments such as the call center. Seniority rule gives the company a disadvantage in defining its culture as those with powers determine what needs to happen. Great opportunities to learn however, and growth opportunities as the company is big

I am very hardworking person .

I usually work extra hours to assist the company I have a very good relationship with colleagues I have learnt to be more responsible to also come up with innovative ideas that would improve a service in MBD. I enjoy my work because I engage with different type of people everyday. The most challenging prospect of the job is to always stay humble to clients at all times. Customer relations is a very important and crucial matter.

Pros: Its good to work there cause i am working with lawyers who encourage me to go to school.
Cons: No cons are there
