It was a good experience
you plan your day,priotise according to the allocation.we have a good working relationship.processing of claims,editing LOS.the most challenging aspect was meeting target

Great learning curve
I had a busy work schedule - you can't predict how your day will turn out. I had a great relationship with my clients/co-workers. I have learnt that people with different personalities should be treated/handled differently. I enjoyed the relationship and respect from my clients. The most important challenging aspect of my job was work/life balance

There is room for growth and improvements. Exposure to all other duties, such as call centre,back office and going extra. Salary is good,but there is room for more. Like bonus or 13 cheque

Claims Risk Analyst
Analyses monthly reports identify defects in system/human defects necessary follow up on corrections. Log calls after trend and or root cause analysis were done. On call closing corrections are done on all defects. Communications are send out to all affected stakeholders.
Pros: There are opportunities to grow
Cons: There are only branches it the Capital Cities

Unpleasant working environment
Very dissapointing environment and culture. You work hard it dont get recognised. Management takes credit for your work. If you off sick you get treated like you committed a major crime. Really very unpleasant to work under these circumstances and you lose who you are as you get pushed down and treated like you are an idiot and not a professional.

I need the change and need tp be on the financial field.
I am currently studying my N5 in Business Management part time. I was retrenchment on 31 July 2017 at Liberty Health and since the 01 August 2017 have been at Medscheme which is Bonitas. I am in the Authorisation department now still client services though. I want to be in the Financial world as it is where I can grow.
Pros: I am a quick learner and dependable.
Cons: I gey bored easily which is why I need to be in this field as it is constantly changing which is exciting.
