Chronic Benefit Consultant
My work day consists of taking calls from providers and members. Assisting with information and updates and capturing to new and existing chronic medication applications. I assist my colleagues whenever I can, coaching and mentoring as a means. We have a lot of fun working together. I have learned that although I teach, I also learn from others as well. I enjoy when a query is resolved first time, real time online. The most challenging aspect of the job has to be micro-management, still do not see any reason for this.

Rather, give an accurate picture of what it's like to work at your company. Include things like: - A typical work day - Your relationship with co-workers - What you have learnt - What you enjoy most - The most challenging aspects of the job Do not include any personal information such as names etc.

Excellent learning curve.
Excellent learning curve, my daily work have lot of pressure as i am target driven, I do have a good working relationship with my colleagues as we are a team that grows together from good to great, have learnt alot from the department as we as we help each other and strategelise our daily work. Challenging of my work is i am the only one at the position i need to resolve and meet target and over axceed target to satisfy our clients I sometimes have to work extra hours

Mmy company is well known and also top on medical companies and doing excellent, even in times like this during pandemic disease we are still rendering excellent service mymy
Pros: I wish to become a team leader one day and then a manager and also wish to have my own medical company
Cons: As an essential worker i would like to render services during working hours from 8am to 4 pm or even 5pm if there is a need

Team player, Data capturer, proactive thinker, customer service
To whom it may concern, I would like to express my interest in the position advertised. I have studied National Diploma in Marketing at Technikon SA. I am passionate, dedicated and have good organizing and communication skills. During my work experience, I have gained leadership qualities, assertiveness and decisive in nature including efficiency and attention to detail coupled with confidence, determination with excellent report writing skills.

great working environment
We have a good team spirit. Each morning we have daily motivation to help us through the day. In this team i have learnt that effective communication is key in what ever we do. Weekly team meetings are a platform for us to raise concerns and give suggestions on processes.

Excellent working environment
Check diary for meetings, training or workshops,share the team plan with the team after reviewing the workload, check the previous day's output, review the performance and record, liaise with the Client on the escalations, delegate duties to be performed, liaise with otherr departments like Claims on unpaid or shortpaid accounts and update where possible. Attend meetings if needed, share the outcome with the team. I learned the importance of developing relationships with all stakeholders. I enjoy seeing a project that i started come to fruition as well as mentoring fellow team members. The challenging aspect is the connectivity issues especially now working from home during the Covid pandemic.

Excellent
Working at MedScheme was an amazing experience but I had to leave due to my contract being not renewed but the experience was am excellent experience I enjoyed working at MedScheme I will never trade that experience for anything the company and atmosphere was great I will most definitely miss my colleagues whom I love

I have a vast experience in both call center and administrative duties
NHejwI have been working for one of the largest medical aid administrator for 5 years now, working with medications, capturing prescriptions from various Drs, or receiving calls from various service providers such as Drs, Specialists, Prof and pharmacies including clicks ofcourse, authorizing patients chronic medications
