Excellent learning curve
They are ups and downs on any day but at the end of the SLA needs to be reached .I enjoy being a team player and working in a team. Together we are Medscheme.my co workers are fun ,hard work and responsible people.i have learnt the importance of team work,sharing ideas for improvement and sharing updated information to each in order to deliver quality customer service.Our system sometimes make it difficult to function effiential on our daily duties and poor management decisions taken. The challenge I sometimes face is not being taken seriously because of my level of occupation.

Great working invaronment
Rather, give an accurate picture of what it's like to work at your company. Include things like: - A typical work day - Your relationship with co-workers - What you have learnt - What you enjoy most - The most challenging aspects of the job Do not include any personal information such as names etc.

Typical work day
Currently a typical work day consists of booking meetings/workshops. Minute taking and other administrational duets. I have a friendly open relationship with co-workers and try and assist where ever I can. I have learnt that I need a more challenging role where I can learn more and be more hands on.
Pros: easy access to the office, parking avalible.
Cons: Poor oppertunitly for promotions a nd micromanagement.

.sit and concentrate on stats, they are just work no time for fun. Importance of make client happy, morale is very low. Managers just wants to enforce rules, no time to go to the rest room0

Excellent learning opportunities
A typical work day includes doing interviews, capturing employee information, shortlisting, dealing with payroll queries and supporting business partners/consultants in their role. I also draw up contracts and organize on boarding. I have learnt so much, both with regards to working with people and within the HR field. I enjoy the occasional cheerful fun vibe in the office. The most challenging part is not always having the support you need or motivation from those around you.

Target driven CMS cases to be done Escalations and PO queries to be done Assist on the call center Time management Relationship with co-workers are good as we need to stick together as a team Customer care as well as telephone etiquette Enjoy the challenge as it stimulates my brain at all times

Chronic Benefit Consultant
My work day consists of taking calls from providers and members. Assisting with information and updates and capturing to new and existing chronic medication applications. I assist my colleagues whenever I can, coaching and mentoring as a means. We have a lot of fun working together. I have learned that although I teach, I also learn from others as well. I enjoy when a query is resolved first time, real time online. The most challenging aspect of the job has to be micro-management, still do not see any reason for this.
