Excellent learning experience

Administration I am a person with knowledge of the employee benefits: someone that can deal with member’s in all departments and advises on retirements, withdrawals, pensions and provident funds, permanent disabilities and monthly pensioners. I also have knowledge of processes and MS Office: Excel, Word and Outlook Knowledge. My profile matches with your need closely. I am confident that my skills will contribute strongly to an efficient, up-to-date, trouble-free function.

I have learned to work well as a team.

A typical day at work involved having to always hear complaints. I learned how having a provident/pension fund is actual very helpful when once is no longer working. Management was not up to standards they were actually not well suited for their positions (education wise). Having to deal with a large amount of people with different emotions. Helping people who desperately needed their money paid out..

Pros: Great opportunities for promotion.

Learning curve

I have learnt a lot from the company And I want to learn more somewhere I feel my time to learn more has arrived and I'm not finding more things to learn from this company hence I want a better opportunity for myself this is because I want to grow myself The positions I want have been filled employees from this company they don't move from position to position people have been doing the same job for years and I fee my 5 from the company is enough I want to learn new things

Good stepping stone

Co workers are very friendly and they always try to balance working hard and having fun in the office. Exceptional working environment Given opportunities to upskill yourself by offering training sessions, for example, excel training No incentives but 13th cheque as a bonus

Gained a lot of experience.

I have learnt a lot from the company. They have given me an Opportunity when i did not have any experience in my studied profession. There are many things that i have learnt how to do that where not part of my job description. This enabled me to develop my project management skills.

Excellent learning curve

Good work culture, strict rules to adhere to. Very good learning curve for school leavers. Good perks and benefits. Not a very stressful environment. Work load are manageable
