What I do
My day consists off allocating leads making sure that all leads are handled within SLA. Make sure all IR aspects are covered and adhered to. Keep the team motivated and challenged. Have daily, weekly and monthly feedback sessions. Incorporate training and coaching initiatives. I have a very good relationship with all my colleagues and subordinates as I believe in a open door policy. I have learnt how to be analytical and be very organised. Prioritizing is also paramount in business as that determines how successful you can be. I love working with people and within a team. This incorporates different and views and from that you can formulate an action plan from pulling in from everyone involved. Getting everyone to target and to understand the importance of there achievement in terms of targets etc. is extremely challenging which I thrive on.

This has been an excellent learning curve for me.
My work place is home away from home. Its freindly, refreshing and there is so much love and drama. Co- workers are like family, I give and receive random hugs and it makes a hectic day bearable. I have learnt the importance of professionalism and respect among other things. I enjoy helping people and assisting where they require assistance. I enjoy adding value and making other peoples lives easier at work. The most challenging aspects of the job are trying to figure out different people to understand them.

Titles: Fraud or Forensics Investigator, Investigator,
I have a case load, have to investigate, compile reports and finalise at least three cases a week. Work under pressure all the time, and have to manage my own case load. I have learnt how to do proper investigations, and also compile detailed reports. I enjoy identifying fraud, and reading about the regulations each healthcare practitioner is liable for. The case loads can get high, and we have a capacity issue. People leave and they are not replaced which leads to the smaller group taking over their job.

Human Resources Business Partner
It is a very pressurized environment meeting tight targets. Challenging ever changing environment. Line managers are very demanding and very difficult to work with because they are always under pressure to meet targets. I have learned to work with people from blue collar workers to white collar workers. Working closely with management. I enjoy working with people in a team and also working independently in a challenging environment. Industrial relations disciplinary hearings and recruitment and change management is challenging

Customer service
Since 2009 ,I work for the IEC during elections only as a data capture and it thought me to work under pressure accurately and fast.For the past 15 months I have been a financial adviser for Metropolitan life. This position has equipped me with the relevant skills for this vacancy.I’ve had a chance to advance my skills on excellent customer service,independence,strong administration support,data entry,accuracy,product knowledge,client relations,discipline,telephone etiquette and also file maintenance ,Information verification,dealing with highly confidential documents,problem solving, strategic negotiation and lastly handling work challenges with a positive attitude. i have worked well with managers and co workers and enjoy the Independence and being able to right your own salary. the instability of income is my main challenge.

The role manages a team of a headcount of 12
MMI is the third largest insurance company in South Africa. My salary should have been re benchmarked to take into account additional responsibilities i.e. Employment Equity and Skills Development and the related headcount. Even though the group's policy is to pay at 50 percentile, it also allows for justifiable deviations.

Excellent
Am a young dedicated candidate who is willing to work hard, sales driven, ability to reach company target and increase productivity, capabilities to create sound knowledge relationship with other companies, able to persuade clients and social cohesion is one of my personal attributes. I worked for Nedbank Retail for 4 years and Metropolitan for a year as a sales representative.

Claims environment
we have claims which come in on a daily basis, we have to audit these claims and correctly apply rules and legislation to the claims. check to see why payment was not made and for what reason we can not make payment. Relationship with co workers is that we all work together as we have the goal of client centricity to achieve, we turn to each other for second opinions and enjoy learning about each other. I enjoy the part of my job when I know that I have done everything I could to please the client and that my job has been done honestly and with integrity. The most challenging part of my job is not being able to pay claims due to either misconduct or incorrect information, which means the claim will take longer to pay.
